10/03/2026: A Sunday in Dinan. I would have preferred to be told, like the two previous restaurants, that they were short-staffed and that the wait would be long. We waited an incredibly long time, though, for simple things: galettes, andouillette sausage, and scallops (dishes that are usually quite quick to prepare). The galettes were cold and swimming in grease, as were the scallops! 🤢 We had to ask for the portion of fries and salad, because they would either have arrived after we'd finished the galettes or been forgotten! The "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts served with coffee) was very generous, but the rum baba was swimming in rum! The waiters' outfits weren't very elegant; one was wearing a Nike t-shirt and the other a hoodie... not very professional. Frozen bread! Ugh. A flop. Only the setting was pleasant.

01/03/2026: Very disappointed with the service. Cold welcome from a young waiter. We had to ask to place our order on the terrace after 15 minutes, even though it wasn't very busy. The ham and egg galette was lukewarm, and the egg white was undercooked. The café crème was tiny, served in a large cup, and cold. The "hazelnut" coffee had absolutely no hazelnut flavor. I had to ask for a paper napkin, which wasn't provided when the galette arrived. What a shame! I'll be going elsewhere and I don't recommend this place.
