We all enjoyed our family cooking dishes offered on a short menu :) (a good sign for us which was confirmed with homemade, fresh...) Open kitchen, friendly kitchen staff as well. 22/05/2025: For 20 years, a star has shone in Saint Brieuc, and this star is well-deserved. The modern dining room is relaxing with a beautiful green view. Mr. Aumont, "self-taught," brilliantly masters his seaside cuisine. He manages to sublimate the mackerel and tenderize the abalone in a stunning way. The plates are beautiful with harmonious aromas and textures. His juices/sauces are excellent. Very good wine list that allows you to treat yourself with a nice bottle. The service is very kind, bravo and thank you to the whole team! ... and I won't forget the terminal that charged my car with batteries while we feasted 😉.
