30/03/2026: While on holiday for the week at a friend's house, we stopped by before going to a nightclub. Frankly, it was a pure pleasure. The establishment was clean, the waitress was welcoming with a smile. We arrived at 10 pm, the bar was full of military personnel, but having the camp right next door, that doesn't surprise me.

23/02/2026: He sells soft drinks next to the beers, why? To flush... A star, boy!

24/11/2025: Ongoing experience - I was contacted 3 weeks ago by Robin Barrasford ‘director” about my reviews on this site and others. Would I be willing to remove the posts for signing an NDA and compensation (remaining funds owed). I was told at the time not to correspond to other investors as well as quite a lot of you have reached out with your terrible experiences. I initially received a token amount and then another a week later but even this has now stopped and I never did sign any NDA so I am free to share . Quote from Robin” apart from 6 investors everyone else will need to wait at least for the property to be completed before receiving any money’ so no matter what excuses you are given this is the truth!! THERE IS NO IMMINENT MONEY! My local MP Dame Caroline Dineage having been made aware is now going to take this case forward and will contact the FCA and treasury this week they have confirmed. EVERYONE you need to take action. Make some noise and let’s make sure they are held to account. Use your local MPs and we can apply maximum pressure on the directors. Some of your stories are genuinely upsetting to read. My next step is to contact the local media in France “ the Bugle’ to start up an awareness campaign there. Fortunately a colleague of mine is fluent in French so we are putting this together early next week. My ongoing thanks to trustpilot fort allowing me to share my ongoing experience despite pressure not to publish.

20/11/2025: The main hotel - Chateau de la Cazine is beautiful - I stayed in it in 2020 to view the developing Wyndham Resort for a possible investment. It’s now nearly 2026 and the resort still appears unfinished. So glad I didn’t invest. Shame.

18/02/2026: Good food at reasonable prices. The staff were professional and friendly. I recommend it.

11/12/2025: I've rarely eaten so badly! The pasta was swimming in butter, cold, and dry! Accompanied by a measly little piece of chicken called "supreme." Incredibly bad! Very disappointing.

03/02/2026: Excellent lunch, both in terms of quantity and quality. Very reasonable price. I recommend this place. (January 2026, this restaurant is said to have closed, however, a new owner might take over the business 🤞)

17/11/2025: Very pleasant, a simple yet effective formula...very reasonable price, friendly staff. Just one small point for improvement: You shouldn't be thirsty; one carafe for 7 people is barely enough, and when it's empty, you have to ask for it again and again...
