11/11/2023: The restaurant apparently no longer exists. When we call to make a reservation we come across another restaurant in Moustiers. Maybe very good too but radically different. An update is necessary!

22/02/2026: Excellent welcome, varied and very good buffet, good wines, excellent value for money

03/02/2026: During our stay at this Campanile hotel, we were initially very warmly welcomed and served by the waitress, who was very attentive and kind. This was despite the chef's lack of enthusiasm... The atmosphere in the dining room was welcoming and the buffet was appealing (unlike the one in Montluçon, which has remained quite outdated). The only downside was being given a room on the second floor without an elevator, even though we had specified that we were traveling with a baby. And there was no changing table in the restaurant restrooms, despite them being very spacious! Apart from that, if the opportunity arises, we would gladly return to this hotel.

30/08/2024: Very clean and nicely decorated restaurant room, however, darkened by curtains. Remarkably clean toilets. Polite but cold staff. I found the shellfish coulis extremely salty, white rice overcooked under the fish. The salmon (red label) was good. Origin not specified. Strawberry bowl in glass with slices of strawberries for decoration around the glass, too much “cream”, lack of fruit. Although subjective, a feeling of “overeating”, the need to drink for hours.

10/10/2025: Okay, how do I address this comment??? We arrive, park, grab our bags, and head to reception... It's 8:05 PM, the receptionist is no longer there. We head to the terminal, which... isn't working. We call the number provided and they explain that it's not possible to get a room key. She gives us the reception code, but we can't lock the room without a key. So we put everything back in so we can go to dinner. We repeat the same procedure, and we end up getting into the room. Surprisingly, we were given a room for people with reduced mobility, with a super-convenient bathroom. The shower water flooded the floor of the room and eventually left black marks on the grout. The room is equipped with an emergency exit block, and the room is bathed in a "beautiful" green light all night long. It wasn't easy to fall asleep... All because we only requested a room with two single beds (due to back pain). As for the breakfast, we'll say it's average, nothing more... This establishment doesn't deserve its 3 stars; it doesn't meet the expected standards. Too bad!

04/10/2025: One night with evening meal and breakfast, nothing to complain about, comfortable and quiet room, very good dinner and top-notch breakfast buffet!

01/09/2024: We had been hoping for a long time to enjoy a lunch at a thousand springs. And we were not disappointed: Exceptional cuisine, great welcome and excellent service. I highly recommend this restaurant.

06/12/2025: Not bad for a restaurant... but quite expensive for a place so remote... well, the meal is decent... refined meats... average vegetables... and average desserts too... but the prices are too high... and as for menu choices, there's not much... the staff is very small... why? So the person who waits on the table does everything... greets the customers... takes the payment and gives you your coat... first time I've ever seen that...

03/11/2025: Excellent restaurant in a lovely atmosphere! The dishes are seasonal and delicious. It's well worth a trip to Fursac to sample the chef's cuisine.

13/07/2024: Nous nous sommes régalé ! Notre table de 7 avec des plats à 15€ en moyenne et tout maison !!! Même les frites. Excellent fish en chips de qualité. La viande également. Service très accueillant, sympathique et drôle. Merci !

11/07/2024: Lorsque je lis les avis je n’ai pas l’impression d’avoir mangé dans le même restaurant, de l’entrée au dessert (16€) rien n’est fait maison. Personnel agréable.Beau parking jouxtant l’auberge.

09/06/2024: Restaurant à l'ambiance très familiale : Cuisine naturelle de l'entrée au dessert. Une particularité exceptionnelle : Le chef vient nous voir en salle. Bravo à toute cette famille qui nous ont permis de passer un agréable moment.

03/09/2024: We tried the restaurant and what more can we say than wow it was the best it was Reunionese meal that day. great discovery and the setting was breathtaking, we will come back for sure and we will sleep there this time. Don't hesitate to go there, the welcome is excellent, everything is perfect. A little extra, the free-range farm animals also welcome you....😉😉😉😉

09/12/2025: Excellent hotel for an overnight stay. The dinner was very generous and delicious. The breakfast was simple but good. The room was comfortable. The manager was very friendly. I recommend it.
