25/09/2024: Nouvel hotel tres propre, literie géniale (bien dormi). Balcon coté jardin extra (mais ceux coté rue ont moins apprécié le bruit du tram). Petit déjeuner simple mais accessible (on est à pas à 18€ d'autres établissements).

We arrived without a reservation even though there were a lot of people Flank steaks of the day and truly homemade fried hamburgers with added sauces and desserts. The meats were succulent and the homemade sauces generous. No offense to some, everything was perfect. Yes, the sauces cost money but we know that and they are homemade... See you soon

08/11/2024: Severe food indigestion following my meal this midday. I'm sick as a dog!!! I am beyond angry and very upset. I had a spicy Italian. I'm waiting for a real questioning of the restaurant's hygiene!!! You impact my health!!! Seeing the state of the salad, I should have suspected it. I'm going to contact the hygiene department, I absolutely don't intend to stop there!!!

05/08/2024: It's hard to know where to begin because the entire 99 eur tasting menu was simply exquisite. Even the butter for the bread had a divine type of local tapenade with it that was delicious. The five courses were supplemented by various mises en bouche and pre desserts, making this a genuine culinary experience. Ingredients are top quality and the skill and theatricality in the preparation and serving were second to none. Very affable maitre D who is highly skilled in his profession and above all, warm and welcoming to everyone. Wine list is local to Grand East of France and substantial. If we had to choose a best course, it was the lobster ravioli, but the trout mousse and pigeon Wellington were magnificent. Kirsch soaked sour cherry millefeuille was simply perfection. I very much doubt anyone would be disappointed here.

30/08/2024: I was able to go eat in this restaurant which really appealed to me, but in the end the food was disgusting and inedible!!! (I witnessed a girl who was threatened because she complained about having waited too long for poor fish, because the order on site took 45 minutes, how dare they?) And the price is not worth this food!! even the canteen of my high school cooks much better. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant, and we talk about this hygiene in addition, the people there are ungrateful, they don't even smile at the customers. The atmosphere in this place is very uncomfortable and it's very embarrassing to eat in such a place, I'm ashamed 😡. I absolutely will not come back and I do not recommend you in the least. Make pasta at home!! And stay at home, I beg you 😭 I hope that it will close quickly and that they will replace it with someone more competent in this area. I have to rate at least one star to publish my message, but it's absurd, it doesn't even deserve one star.

08/09/2024: Passing through Besancon, I was disappointed having a meal in this restaurant. The accompaniment of the dish is only fried salad, no other choice. Drinks taken on the terrace are 0.2e more expensive.

07/09/2024: Overall it's very good. Although I would have liked a little more salad dressing. Or at worst put it in a pot available. The customer can therefore dose the sauce as he wishes. I regret a service that was a little too "slow" for my taste. Why get rid of us so soon when there's no one there? That's enough "I'm kicking you out." Finally, the setting was pleasant. Ideal for eating on the terrace as soon as summer has started.

05/08/2024: Always armored, the atmosphere is not particularly pleasant (with several friends we regularly feel stared at by the customers and the staff (we are normal though)), so many people that ordering becomes an almost nihistic undertaking. the times you can order the choice is quite wide but the cocktails and drinks are not exceptional and the prices are average high. I strongly advise you to go to other bars, I don't miss any in the area.

13/07/2024: A bar located on the market square where the terrace costs extra (20 cents extra) and is a little noisy (the tram passes). The aperitif boards are good and happy hour includes all the beers on tap. The staff is ok.
