21/06/2026: We booked a hen/stag party with dinner and karaoke and had a fantastic time! From the moment we booked by phone, the team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and pleasant. The food was delicious and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. Special mention also goes to the karaoke atmosphere: the team really knows how to make people feel comfortable and create a convivial ambiance, which allowed the group to fully enjoy themselves. A very welcome touch: our group was running late and we called to let them know. The manager was very understanding and accommodating. Thank you again for your warm welcome and good cheer; we will cherish the memories of this evening!

10/08/2026: I was very disappointed with my last Domino's Pizza order. I ordered three pizzas and was only given three tiny hot sauces, one per pizza. When I asked for a few more, I was told they weren't allowed to give me any more. What I don't understand is that with my previous orders, I was given several without any problem. Why is that no longer possible? If there has been a change in policy regarding the sauces, it would be good to explain it clearly to customers. I order from you regularly and until now I've been satisfied, but this time I'm really disappointed.

29/07/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience at Domino's Pizza. The pizzas are delicious, generously topped, and always prepared with care. The service is quick and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant!

08/08/2026: There were five of us, and due to a staffing issue, we were asked to come back 30 minutes later. We did so and received a very warm welcome. The food was healthy. The prices were a bit high for simple ingredients, but that's the price you pay for good food in the center of Besançon. The Comtois galette is definitely worth the trip.

24/08/2026: I came for a drink with friends, and the waiter was particularly rude. He made snide remarks to my friends and refused to serve us a drink that was supposed to be free, even though there were six of us ordering and we weren't thirsty. We left, and he wanted to charge us even though we hadn't had a drink yet.

24/08/2026: Hello, today we came to have drinks with friends. The awful waiter forced us to hurry up and order. One of my friends didn't want to order, but he forced him to drink or else he made him leave the bar. He made comments like "hurry up and order" (excessive). Bad experience, I do not recommend it.

15/06/2026: I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The young staff, Justine and Florian, as well as Ramage, the hotel's intern, were very welcoming to me every evening. But I have absolutely nothing to say about the rest of the team, whose names I don't know, but they were all very kind and helpful. See you soon! 🤗

13/06/2026: A very good experience, the staff were very polite and friendly, and the pool was quite pleasant with plenty of space and a lawn.

25/06/2026: The service was excellent, the young waiter superb, the drink quality was terrible. They'd be better off investing in good beer than this swill, and the wrap was hairless—I've never seen anything like it. Honestly, you can taste the Boursin cheese more than the chicken, and a quarter of a lettuce leaf leaves you starving. I don't recommend it.

08/04/2026: I just had a Serrano ham, goat cheese, pesto, and sundried tomato sandwich. Excellent! It's €5.90, but the bread is fresh and delicious, and the filling is too, so I prefer to pay a little more than at a bakery where the sandwiches are practically empty, just bread. I recommend this place if you want quality food quickly and to feel satisfied.

08/08/2026: A 30-minute wait before we could even place our order! Several customers ended up leaving the line, exasperated. Meanwhile, the staff were preparing orders that, in my opinion, should have been ready before opening. The result: a stressed team, rushing and rushing through tasks, inevitably resulting in clumsiness. Any smiles, when there were any, were forced. We've already witnessed this disorganization several times. Ms. B... also interferes a lot with the service, which unfortunately no longer seems to contribute to the smooth running of the establishment. This time, it's the last time: we'll be having breakfast elsewhere from now on. 30 minutes for an espresso and freshly squeezed orange juice is simply unacceptable.

08/08/2026: My wife, our two daughters, and I went to dinner on a Friday evening in August at the recommendation of the very kind staff at the nearby hotel. As soon as we arrived, they sat us at a table and left us there for 20 minutes without paying any attention to us. Meanwhile, other customers arrived, sat down, ordered, and were served. When we tried to ask twice, the waitress turned away without even answering. After 20 minutes, when yet another group that had arrived after us was served, we got up to leave. We tried to ask for an explanation, but the lady at the cash register yelled at us to leave, saying she didn't care about us. I've never experienced such rude treatment.

21/07/2026: I've been to this establishment several times. I've always had a good meal there. Today, July 21, 2026, I was very disappointed. The bread was very, too, dry. I had a hamburger with a tiny side salad. The hamburger bun wasn't great. The sauce was rather bland and lacked any real flavor. Finally, the fries were dry and sometimes burnt. I didn't dare order dessert for fear of being disappointed, even though they used to be so good (for example, in the fall of 2024, a delicious chestnut cream dessert). What's going on now? I don't know. I hope and wish that the food at this establishment will regain its former glory. It's up to them to rise to the challenge.
