28/02/2026: The products are very good, but the setting has lost its prestige, the decor lacks taste and the toilets, which are very difficult to access, are dirty with foul odors, which completely spoils the tasting of the food.

20/02/2026: Amazing pastry shop! I love the Paris-Brest, and I think yours is the best I've ever had. Plus, your saleswoman, who told me her name was Ambre, was so friendly and made me laugh, and she makes me want to come back. I love it!

15/02/2026: Another amateur trying to be a restaurateur... The value for money is very disappointing! Foie gras in a 5cm dish... the waitress confirmed it wasn't "homemade." Chicken in Vin Jaune sauce... which turned out to be shredded chicken in a flavorless, unappetizing broth. I eat better at home or in a company cafeteria... this establishment has potential in terms of its location and setting, but the food is absolutely subpar; there's no real chef on board. Disappointing and what a waste, considering the setting.

01/03/2026: So it started off really badly, a major reservation problem, anyway it sorted itself out but we were facing an hour's wait, luckily it wasn't raining... there were 14 of us for a birthday meal and apparently the table that was supposed to be free was taking its sweet time... finally our turn, we settled into a cozy corner, it was warm and smelled lovely... and the owner knew how to make guests feel welcome and apologize (a big plus)... aperitifs, order, and the service moved quickly, friendly and smiling, and frankly, we weren't disappointed by the wait at all, from the main course to dessert it was impeccable!!!! Now I understand why the previous table was lingering, we were really well taken care of... Honestly, I highly recommend it for an evening with friends, and we'll definitely be back... Thank you for a great evening.

21/02/2026: The dish arrived already cold, as if things had changed. The waitresses didn't crack a smile and couldn't even clear the table; we had to pass the plates around because they wouldn't reach out. The service was deplorable and needs improvement. My mother was disappointed with the dessert, the "café gourmand," which was all frozen, and the griddle took forever to heat up a piece of meat. It's definitely changed from what it used to be.

13/03/2026: Well located with secure parking, this is a great place to stay. Excellent bedding, very clean rooms, courteous welcome with a smile. The food offers good value for money with delicious local specialties served by very friendly and efficient waiters. Breakfast features excellent local products. Thank you to the entire team for their versatility and best of luck for the future. A lovely, relaxing break. Go without hesitation.

15/02/2026: I came after class because it was the closest place to eat. There were no other customers, which didn't exactly reassure me. The service was okay, but the wait was incredibly long just for a panini. Plus, it was sunny that day, and there were tons of cans (probably the merchandise) leaning against the window, exposed to the sun, so the storage conditions weren't being met. I also noticed that the desserts, which require refrigeration, weren't in the fridges… Honestly, next time I think I'll go to Burger King; I'll get more for less, especially since I don't understand why they charge more to eat in.

04/12/2024: Nous étions 12 personnes dans une grande salle vide et froide. Le serveur faisait "chuuut" avec un doigt sur sa bouche car il n'arrivait pas à se concentrer pour prendre la commande de boisson, évidemment comme il n'avait rien noté, 2 boissons manquaient et une était fausse ! Le filet de magret de canard était trop cuit et le tartare de saumon n'avait vraiment rie de spécial. Nous souhaitions nous balader à Besançon après le déjeuner, le serveur nous a orienté vers l'accueil de l'hôtel, qui nous a simplement tendu un plan. Après lui avoir demandé quelques conseils, la personne nous a juste dit "nous sommes ici" !!!!! bref no comment, on a fait que se nourrir plutôt que de passer un bon moment entre amis au restaurant.

22/02/2026: We used to stop in Besançon, this is the fourth time we've stopped as a family... we were generally very happy... and now it's nothing like that.... simplified menu with no more choices, disappointing food.... it's really a shame.
