11/09/2026: A magical discovery. We enjoyed the salads with sorbet or ice cream. Incredible! The pickle sorbet was a real treat. For dessert, we had the gourmet coffee with goat cheese ice cream… Wow… Thank you for this wonderful experience. As a bonus, we also tried the Supreme beer from the Gangloff brewery in Besançon. Definitely worth discovering.

13/09/2026: During a weekend in Besançon, we discovered this bistronomic restaurant serving dishes with truly original flavors and expertly prepared. So much so that, despite not being particularly fond of sweets, we couldn't resist trying the desserts, which were also quite surprising. The service is attentive, and the setting is chic and refined. A great find in the heart of Besançon.

07/09/2026: A wonderful time at Jadis for our wedding. The restaurant/terrace was privately booked for 34 guests plus a DJ. The team at Jadis was fantastic, with Sandra and Thomas at the helm. Thomas in the kitchen – everything was delicious – Sandra was attentive to every detail (decor, food, logistics...) and Julien in the dining room was responsive and attentive. Efficient and friendly. We recommend it 100%!

30/08/2026: A really cool restaurant, specializing in potato dishes, but absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, it's not easy to find because of its narrow entrance. But still highly recommended.

10/09/2026: A fantastic experience at Chez Hachour in Besançon! The welcome was warm and friendly, and the couscous was truly delicious, generous, and flavorful. A major plus: the couscous is all-you-can-eat (semolina and broth), enough to satisfy even the heartiest appetites! A great place in Besançon for couscous lovers. I had a wonderful time and will gladly return if I'm ever in the city again.

08/09/2026: I wanted to eat real couscous... the meat was just fat and bones, the meringues were awful, the meatballs had sharp bone fragments in them. The area wasn't very inviting. Never again.

13/09/2026: Absolutely amazing! We went there for my sister's birthday this past Saturday night. Everything was excellent, and the burger was to die for. Sorry about the photo, my daughter had started nibbling at it 🤣. I'm so glad I discovered this restaurant.

27/08/2026: Sunday lunch. Pleasant setting. Service was okay. However, the food didn't live up to the price. It was good, but nothing special. The prices suggest something more flavorful and refined. The mackerel starter was fish fritters (lacking citrus sauce to liven things up) served on a well-prepared and seasoned tomato carpaccio. The fish main course was severely lacking in sauce (literally a drop). The other diners tried the eggplant caviar, which was unsurprising, the duck cooked pink (okay) but dry, the ribeye steak cooked fine, the fries were fine, and the green salad was well-seasoned. The mixed salad included trout fritters, grapefruit, and avocado mousse (nothing original or surprising). In short, it didn't live up to the advertised standard.

27/08/2026: A very good experience at 1802 for a quiet and cool lunch in Granvelle. Carefully prepared dishes, a nice wine list, and impeccable service. At €17 for the lunch special, I highly recommend it! Thank you for the warm welcome and congratulations to the whole team.

03/09/2026: I'm giving it one star because the food was good. As for the rest: the interior is dirty and poorly maintained, the waitress knew absolutely nothing about the items on the menu and couldn't give you any information. The worst part for me: The owner brought our food, then stood in front of me and waited. I asked her why, and she told me she had to take my payment right away (we hadn't even started eating yet). So I took out my card, thinking she was going to tell me the amount and give me the card reader. Instead, she snatched the card from my hand before I could say anything and went inside to process the payment, using contactless instead! I didn't see the payment and wasn't told how much I was supposed to pay. You won't be seeing me again.

02/09/2026: A real gem that a friend from Besançon introduced me to. Everything is excellent: savory and sweet crepes, cider, and all at a very competitive price. The couple who run the restaurant are very friendly and attentive to ensuring everything runs smoothly. A truly highly recommended spot.
