20/03/2026: A really lovely, friendly place. They cook everything from scratch here, and it shows. Lots of little touches, attention to detail, and it makes all the difference. It's smart cuisine at reasonable prices. The staff is very kind and attentive. A great find for those looking for real home-cooked meals. Excellent value for money.

31/01/2026: As someone who loves my beautiful Brittany so much, every time I'm in Concarneau, I stop for a meal or a drink at La Verrière. The restaurant is lovely, the atmosphere always pleasant, and the staff always friendly. The food is delicious and homemade, all made with fresh ingredients. The cocktails are also very good. (Yes, oysters are my favorite appetizer!) All at a reasonable price. Go without hesitation!

12/02/2026: The salad was very good, the croque monsieur was excellent, but the price was slightly excessive. A little less expensive and it would be perfect. But the quality was undeniable.

The food is spot on, great staff and facilities, very accommodating for “the English buffoon” Upstairs is a self service starter buffet followed by Table service menu. Downstairs they have the bar, Cafe and Bistro table service. This place is highly recommended by me. Please can we get these in the uk as this place single handedly puts nearly all our Moto network to shame.

15/10/2025: It's not our custom to leave a review, but after a lovely walk on the Crozon Peninsula, we had dinner at the Hôtel de la Plage—a superb discovery! A big thank you to Léna, who was attentive, provided excellent service, and delicious food in a warm, family atmosphere. We'll definitely be back! Top tip: try the tasting menu—a real treat!

04/02/2026: They charge whatever they think they can get away with buying coffee! The bar displayed a price of €1.50, I ordered one, and when it came time to pay the bill, they told me it was €2. No problem, I paid. You were just trying to squeeze 50 cents out of me, it's ridiculous! You didn't even dare look me in the eye when you entered the amount on the card machine. It's dishonest and shows a lack of values. The bar is dirty, the toilets are dirty, and the waiter goes to the toilet, doesn't wash his hands, and then serves the coffee. I do not recommend it!
