19/05/2026: We stayed at the Armoric Hôtel in Bénodet for three days during a gathering of a group of cycling tourists in April 2026. The quality of the hotel's services and the warm welcome from all the staff were remarkable and allowed us to have a very pleasant stay in a relaxing setting with a very convenient location. 11/07/2026: We take advantage of this opportunity to eat here several times a year during our holidays, usually one to three times. The lunch menu always offers something for everyone, and there are generally three choices for each of the three courses. The food is always very tasty and beautifully presented, wine and water are always included, and everything is reasonably priced. We always enjoy coming back, especially because of the friendliness and warmth of the owners.

02/05/2026: I got the impression they were serving regulars first. The wait was endless, so we left without dessert (no time). A shame, otherwise there wasn't much to say. It was still pretty decent.

27/07/2026: We were a group of seven. After ordering our drinks, we waited about 25 minutes without being served. We had to reorder, and we received an unusually cloudy beer and a house cocktail (apparently made with orange juice and grenadine) that didn't live up to our expectations. Next, we ordered our main courses. We had requested medium-rare burgers. We were informed that the cooking method was mandatory for hygiene reasons, as the products were frozen. The wait for our main courses exceeded 45 minutes. My partner's steak was barely cooked, and the burgers lacked flavor. The fries were also unsatisfactory. We were very disappointed with our entire experience at this restaurant, and the final bill seemed excessive considering the quality of the service and the food.

23/07/2026: Great restaurant! The waitresses were friendly and welcoming. Even though we hadn't made a reservation, they found us a table outside. Really nice! Excellent food!

28/07/2026: A spontaneous romantic dinner. The waiter was incredibly attentive despite the crowd, which was lovely. From appetizer to dessert, everything was perfect; our plates were empty by the end of the meal. The setting is amazing. Highly recommended.

20/07/2026: I had a truly wonderful time at La Boucherie. The meat was of excellent quality, cooked exactly as requested, and the side dishes (homemade fries, sauces) were delicious. The service was efficient and friendly, and the restaurant had a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a meal with friends or family. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend it!

31/01/2026: A wonderful discovery: the €32 set menu offers excellent value for money considering the quality of the food. It's rare these days to find, for example, foie gras on a menu at this price. The dishes were beautifully presented and the service efficient. The setting is pleasant with a sea view. We will definitely be back.

19/06/2026: The crepes were marvelous, one would say they were lace-like, all perforated like lace, made with butter. I got a kind of combo option of a savory crepe with a sweet crepe for dessert. The service was at a leisurely pace, without the rush of a big city; the owners, who handle everything, were attentive and very friendly. It's a shame they don't open for dinner. Oh, and don't forget to have some cider to go with them.

01/01/2026: Friendly bar with outdoor seating on the terrace outside with views over the harbour to Guilvinec and its colourful fishing boats. Inside the bar is full of artefacts, photos etc and is a joy to explore. The owner was very welcoming and we enjoyed our visit.

The service is attentive, professional, and pleasantly understated. The cuisine is particularly impressive: precise, creative, and consistently of a high standard, accompanied by an excellent wine list. A hotel where quality, atmosphere, and hospitality come together in a truly special way.

14/05/2025: At first glance, the menu appeared unexciting, but the actual dishes were scrumptious. The risotto with my delicious fish was out of this world.

07/05/2025: Very cosy local bistro with local food showing food miles (very few). Lots of local customers and obviously frequent diners. The burger was going down a storm with most but I didn't have it to my regret as my son loved it, it seemed freshly minced and made in the kitchen.
