17/09/2024: Quite frankly one of the 3 best creperies I have ever dined in, and I am 64 years old An extremely cordial welcome, the boss is very pleasant and friendly And above all a very good meal, delicious pancakes, slightly crispy as I love them as a Breton, and with real local products highlighted with real talent. I highly recommend this address without any restrictions. Go for it without hesitation

07/09/2024: I discovered this place thanks to my partner and I don't regret it. The vast majority of products are homemade, the manager is a very pleasant man who does not lack humor and the quality of the cuisine is largely there. I have rarely eaten so well in such a beautiful setting. Honorable mention to the Ty Gwechall pancake which is one of the best desserts I have eaten to date and the cider on tap was really good. If you go through Carhaix, call to book, it's well worth it. This establishment gives pride of place to Breton culture.

17/09/2024: We spent 3 nights in this hotel with half board, and for this stay we would like to thank all the staff. Everyone’s professionalism is recognized and appreciated. The breakfast is very excellent (homemade, fresh products), the dinner perfect. Attentive and very helpful staff. Excellent rice pudding. Don't change.

08/07/2024: Wir kennen diese Crèperie seit zehn Jahren. Zugegeben, ich konnte nie verstehen, wieso diese immer beim Vorbeifahren rammelvoll ist. Liegt vielleicht an der Aussicht. Am Donnerstag waren wir nach einiger Zeit wieder dort. Fazit: Bedienung krampfhaft überfreundlich, Service unzureichend und teilweise auch der französischen Sprache nicht mächtig. Wir wählten das Menu, dreimal. Auf der Rechnung fanden wir etwas anderes, nämlich das Menu nur einmal, bei den beiden anderen Gerichten waren die Gerichte einzeln zusammengezählt, was natürlich wesentlich teurer war. Beim Nachfragen wurde uns gesagt, dass wir das Menu nur einmal bestellt hätten. Hier wird der Kunde kräftig über den Tisch gezogen, vor allem dann, wenn er der Sprache nicht 100-ig mächtig ist. Es wird nicht nachgefragt sondern nur kassiert. Wir fühlten uns getäuscht und über den Tisch gezogen und werden dort bestimmt nicht wieder hingehen. Zusätzlich möchte ich noch bemerken, dass die Qualität des Essens auch sehr abgenommen hat. So war die Galette einschließlich der Zutaten bereits kalt, als es serviert wurde. Es gibt viele Crèperien, in denen die Crèpes sehr viel besser schmecken und auch warm und mit vorgeheizten Tellern serviert werden. Die Aussicht auf das Meer kann ich auch anders gestalten, indem ich in einem Restaurant gut esse und mich dann vorher oder nachher auf eine Bank setze und auf das Meer schaue.

07/01/2025: Disappointed with the last visit, the fish & chips, the fish was very good, and the fries were quite average. On the other hand, serving sachet mayonnaise as a sauce is very limited, we weren't at McDonald's!!! Amazing not to be able to make homemade mayonnaise or aioli. Next time we'll see...

17/11/2024: Si la température est un peu fraîche dans cette bâtisse ancienne, la cuisine proposée vous réchauffe les papilles. Tous les plats choisis dans le menu terroir étaient excellents et le service impeccable.

09/09/2024: La carte est certes restreinte pour garantir la fraîcheur des produits proposés, mais pour y avoir dîné plusieurs fois, tous les plats son excellents. La tatin à l'andouille de Guéméné est délicieuse en entrée... Les desserts sont succulents. Service sympathique.

01/01/2026: We don't know if the most deplorable thing is the state of the room or the manager's attitude! There's definitely a ton of dust that's accumulated over many months, and patches of mold... and yet we're not clean freaks! There's a minimum standard, though! The quality of the cleaning is just like the owner: mediocre!

10/11/2025: As promised, a quick update on our visit to Le Bistrot de la Mer restaurant. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the owner's unique welcome. These open and friendly exchanges were so refreshing, and to top it all off, the dishes were a true delight for the taste buds, with the homemade Kouign-Amann earning a Top Chef award. We'll be back, and happy birthday, Mr. Scorpion!! 😂😉

27/02/2026: I confirm this hotel is one to avoid. Dirty towels, dirty room, zero hygiene—seriously, avoid it at all costs!!!

17/02/2026: The best thing about this place? Open on a Sunday lunchtime out of season... A colorful place and staff. Hearty and decent meals... quite a pleasant surprise compared to other reviews...

17/08/2024: Nous sommes arrivé par hasard au billig pour boire un verre et grignoter. Accueil sympathique, serveur de bon conseil. Bon choix de bières, tartinage vraiment au top avec pas mal de produits locaux/fait maison. Terrasse à l’abris du vent et avec une super vue (idéal pour le coucher de soleil). Nous avons tellement aimé le lieu que nous sommes revenu deux fois dans la semaine. Bref une bonne adresse pas encore trop connue et c’est ça qui est top!

11/08/2024: Belle découverte que cette crêperie sympa sur la plage, utilisant des produits locaux de qualité. Ambiance et déco chouettes, personnel efficace. (Et contrairement à ce que dit l’un des avis, les crudités à 5 € sont très bien et complètent agrément la galette choisie). Service 12h - 17h (15h pour les galettes), bar ensuite.
