28/03/2026: A good quality meal at this restaurant with a great atmosphere. The decor is very nice, and the service is truly impeccable. A minor drawback is the menu for those who don't like goat cheese or chestnuts, as these ingredients make up the majority of the dishes. The Cévennes set menu at €18 is definitely worth it. Outside of this menu, a salad at €16 seems slightly expensive but still reasonable, especially considering the more than generous portions. The salmon salad is excellent, cooked perfectly on one side, and served with a fresh and flavorful sauce. One of our omelets was excellent, and the other was slightly rubbery, but the rest of our dishes were well-prepared. Our compliments to the chef. Thank you to the waitresses, who were very attentive and friendly.

Everything was perfect: a warm welcome, pleasant service, and above all, delicious, beautifully presented, and flavorful dishes. You can tell they pay real attention to the ingredients and the details. A truly excellent restaurant that we highly recommend. We will gladly return!

As for the service, our waiter TEO was fantastic, providing service worthy of a gourmet restaurant. Always attentive, with a great sense of humor and genuine kindness. Truly superb. 29/05/2025: A wonderful discovery, a very pleasant place, The dishes are superbly flavorful and presented. For vegetarians, I recommend the Roquefort, pear, and walnut tartine and the asparagus and poached egg velouté. ...and for flexitarians, the chicken supreme... with baby vegetables... and I'm not even talking about the desserts! Bravo and thank you!

21/03/2026: While passing through Alès, we stumbled upon this restaurant. We weren't disappointed by the duck breast and the ravioli with porcini mushroom sauce. The dessert was also very good. A very warm welcome. Highly recommended.

15/03/2026: Hello, a negative review for the person taking reservations. We booked for 1 p.m. and were told, "Sorry, we thought it was for noon," and were turned away. It's a shame because usually everything goes smoothly. They won't see me again.
