14/06/2026: It's a shame we can't give more than 5 stars! The venue is magnificent, and the staff is very professional and friendly. I booked the patio area for my birthday party, and I can say without hesitation that it exceeded my expectations in every way. Jacqueline created an exceptional decoration. Philippe treated us to a delicious meal. All the guests were so happy. We had a wonderful day. I will definitely return for future events. Thank you to the entire Castel team for your kindness and professionalism.

31/07/2026: A wonderful welcome for an impromptu family lunch. Very friendly staff! No complaints whatsoever about the gratinated oysters as a starter, the beef tataki, or the sea bass fillet… a special mention for the cheese for dessert… absolutely divine!!!

29/07/2026: Everything is good, even very good! It's incredibly fresh, homemade with love, and the portions are generous. The view is superb, and the welcome is always friendly and warm! My favorite spot in Villeneuve 🤩

12/05/2026: Celine and I had a beautifully romantic dinner here last night. The flavors were special and are designed to savor. Celine and I are not vegetarian but we like to visit vegetarian and vegan restaurants because the dishes are generally foods we do not cook at home. Sayyid (sp?) and his wife did not disappoint. They are chemists, chefs, artists. We highly recommend this intimate restaurant. The entire experience was unlike any other dining experience we’ve had. Try the special homemade drinks! They explode with flavor. And their chocolate is made with love to be savored until it melts away in you mouth.

20/06/2026: Had a delicious lunch at L’Annexe. Friendly service and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. A nice place for a simple but good lunch.

19/06/2026: Traveling with my daughter, as soon as we arrived in Avignon, tired from the trip, we looked for a place to eat and stopped there. My daughter ordered a veal escalope that was raw on the inside and burnt on the outside. We reported the problem to the owner, who immediately took the dish and brought it back to the kitchen. Ten minutes later, she returned with the same meat, burnt on the outside and raw on the inside, only arranged it more carefully on the plate... inedible. Not recommended!

06/08/2026: We had a wonderful time at this little Parisian bistro! The welcome was warm and the service attentive. We enjoyed a delicious meal made with high-quality ingredients. Special mention goes to the excellent French meat! A truly great place that I highly recommend.

29/06/2026: This neighborhood bistro is fantastic! The owner is committed to using only French meats, and everything is homemade. Excellent value for money! Air-conditioned and open for three weeks in August.

My husband thoroughly enjoyed the aioli-style dish, those who ordered the Caesar salad thought the chicken was "crazy," and I appreciated the Farigoule Spritz and the burrata tomato salad. We had a very pleasant family lunch (children's menu with a drink for €14). The view is magical and refreshing (there are also large ceiling fans on the terrace).

10/08/2026: The welcome was very rushed: we had barely sat down, and three people were still missing from our table, when we were asked to place our order. The aperitifs were then served at the same time as the main courses, which is rather poor. The quality of some dishes also left much to be desired, particularly the mussels. The prices are high considering the quality offered, and the service is subpar. At 11 p.m., the fans were turned off, which clearly signaled the end of the meal. The setting is pleasant, but it's not enough to compensate for the rest. I wouldn't particularly recommend this establishment.
