29/11/2025: We'd been wanting to try this restaurant for ages! I don't know why we didn't make the time sooner?! What a wonderful discovery! A warm and inviting atmosphere, impeccable and welcoming service, and sophisticated and delicious cuisine. 5 stars for the red mullet fillet and the "Tarte of the Five Senses," the house specialty for the past 10 years, and now we know why 🤩. We'll definitely be back!
11/11/2025: You can go there with your eyes closed, from the reservation to the welcome, the service, the food... one thing is for sure, we'll be back.

23/09/2025: We went here for a birthday dinner and found the place and the staff so warm and welcoming. The chef patiently explained the menu to us and was kind and patient despite our French not being good at all. The meat was tender and delicious, the vegetable gratin was even better than we expected and the digestif from the Basque Country was a very nice cherry on our cake. Merci!
10/09/2025: The burgers and appetizers are delicious, as is the beer. Fast and professional service, with truly delicious desserts.

19/02/2026: Very kind, I was able to take a shower because there were no truck drivers.
14/10/2025: I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Le Marin! The welcome was warm and the staff really friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-decorated, perfect for resting after exploring Montalivet.
As a young person discovering the town for the first time, I loved the local atmosphere. During breakfast, they gave me all the best tips for exploring the area: proximity to the beach, restaurants, and everything you need to fully enjoy it.
I 100% recommend it for a relaxing weekend or getaway!

29/08/2024: Tasteless aperitif or cocktail, more water than alcohol
Lamb tagine served in a very beautiful earthenware dish as tradition dictates but as far as the taste of the tagine dish is concerned, the dish is neither salty nor peppered, no spices, whether the meat, the vegetables, even the semolina, everything cooked to perfection. water without any flavor.
Sadness for an oriental dish which should be spicy.
To my observation with the waiter his response was that some customers don't like too spicy!!!!!
So I abstained from dessert!
It's expensive for not good!

08/09/2024: Excellent nous recommandons pour l'accueil et la finesse de la cuisine.
Les differentes sauces égaies les papilles. La fraîcheur des produits, tout nous a permis de passer un bon moment.

Avons super bien mangés je recommande.
Et j'y retournerai à mon prochain passage dans la région.

The service is friendly and special requests are fulfilled.
Only when it's full do the employees seem overwhelmed, but that's the case elsewhere too.
Unfortunately it is often unbearably loud in the restaurant so we always try to sit outside.

Unlike some, we had a family dinner, the restaurant was full and we were served in 1h30 for starter, main course, dessert 🍨

On peut manger en famille et qui est très proche de la mer.
Je le recommande fortement.
