22/03/2026: I highly recommend this establishment.
I received a gift certificate for this restaurant, and driving 170 km to get there is a long way, you might say, but once I arrived, I was amazed by this beautiful village. And that's not even mentioning the restaurant! A very warm welcome awaits you as soon as you walk through the door. The decor is lovely, and you can actually have a conversation without too much noise from the dining room (which is rare). The service was top-notch, the food was superb, and the price was more than reasonable.
Experience it for yourself and don't hesitate to make the trip; you won't be disappointed. This visit took place during the week, and it must be even more enjoyable on the weekend.
I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Hats off and congratulations to the whole team!

19/03/2026: It's best to wait until guests have finished their aperitifs before serving a hot starter. This avoids having to send people back and then bringing back reheated broth. Wine is ordered after the main course has been served.
Is this a new concept? The corked wine by the glass has been replaced, but the aroma should have alerted them before serving it.

18/03/2026: Good bakery. I thoroughly enjoyed their spelt bread. The 5 stars are for the bread.
As for the "lounge" area, it's more like an Alsatian bakery, not a fine pastry shop. The coffee is typical bar coffee, and the pastry I chose was quite heavy.
16/03/2026: It's a place worth choosing because of its friendly staff, cleanliness, and delicious products. I especially recommend their bitter almond croissant.

07/03/2026: The chef and the crew were fantastic. Had some of the most amazing vegetarian food . Ambience, wine selection, the service. Superb.
Only funny thing is that you have some weird hanging sculpture and a half cut heffer which is really not good for creating an appetite. But maybe that's just my take 😀

11/03/2026: Friendly staff. Attentive to guests. Wonderful spa. Impeccable afternoon tea. Very generous and well-stocked breakfast. However, the evening meal did not live up to the establishment's star rating. It lacked the finesse and creativity one would expect from a Michelin-starred restaurant. 20 euros for a glass of wine seems excessive. The flavors in the dishes did not meet the expected palate. Very disappointed.

21/02/2026: Excellent family restaurant. Great food, generous portions and friendly staff, I highly recommend it.
08/01/2026: We had the leg of lamb, sauerkraut, and burgers; they were good but not delicious.
The hamburgers were quite expensive (€21).
On the other hand, the decor and atmosphere need updating; a facelift would do wonders, especially for a town as charming as Kaysersberg.

29/07/2024: Zeer goed traditioneel restaurant met lokale en seizoensgebonden gerechten. Vriendelijke ontvangst! Gezellig en traditioneel lokaal. Heel eerlijke en lekkere keuken. Wijnkaart met lokale wijnen en wijnen van eigen wijnhuis. Zeer correcte prijzen! Heel goed adres!
16/06/2024: Mooi verzorgd restaurant met zeer vriendelijke bediening. Eten, echte klassieke Franse keuken, heerlijk. Mooie presentatie en goede porties.

22/08/2024: We came for our last evening in this region the young waiter was pleasant for a drink but then the waitress (tall blonde woman with glasses) friendly as a prison door looks badly speaks sharply and sends piss off the customers I do not recommend not this restaurant nor for a drink 6:40 p.m. nothing is served even though in 10 minutes the glass can be finished and also not recommended for eating
19/08/2024: So, I'm disappointed! My companion found his tarte flambée OK but nothing more.
As for me, I couldn't finish my Alsatian pasta gratin which was too heavy and I had bouts of food which lasted well into the afternoon. 🙁sorry but I won't come anymore.
And to the rest of you, future customers, do as you wish.
Very expensive for a restaurant that offers bad food.
