Small menu but with seasonal products for balanced and original meals, the dishes are copious.
The waitresses are very nice and responsive.
18/12/2024: A very nice place to take your breakfast. Not a lot of options with eggs, but what they have is easily made and very tasty. A good place to enjoy your brunch and your morning coffee.

04/08/2024: Good restaurant. We ordered a corden bleu and beef tartare. Very generous portion, tastes great, presentation was also very good.
25/07/2024: The restaurant is on the first floor and has a terrace. The terrace is not that nice, but the inside of the restaurant is quite cozy. The starter and main course were excellent. The portions were also big enough and the dishes are very sophisticated.

Dans une rue au calme avec possibilité de se garer dans le parking couvert accessible depuis la cour intérieure de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits locaux et de qualité! Le plus le personnel est au top 👌!

23/07/2024: Refined French cuisine, only made with fresh, seasonal products and simmered according to the rules of the art, the welcome is simply perfect and the service in the dining room and on the terrace is carried out in a very professional manner and always with a smile. which is unfortunately not the case everywhere!
The prices are reasonable given the quality of the products, and the wine and spirits list is simply sublime.
I recommend without restrictions and without moderation.

08/07/2024: Superb automobile museum. Huge museum with wide aisles. Magnificent collection of automobiles with no less than 400 vehicles. The scenarios are qualitative. Lots of nostalgia seeing the cars from my childhood. A stopover to plan for during your visit to Mulhouse.

08/09/2024: The RUSTIC does not look much on the outside or inside but the dishes are cooked as very rarely elsewhere. Refined and succulent.
The service is efficient.
01/09/2024: We were surprised by the quality of the dishes and wines (tried by the glass) but also by the originality (without the improbable so-called "trendy" blends of certain others) of this traditional restaurant.
Impeccable on every level.
Just a shame that parking is not always easy.

Very competent staff and above all very attentive.
Personally for several years I have frequented another establishment, but since my first visit to the establishment after the takeover, I think that I will make it my "canteen" regularly.
21/09/2024: Nothing to say about this place except that everything is perfect, very beautiful room with a terrace, really very friendly staff (I want to emphasize this because this is becoming more and more rare), and very good food ! I highly recommend this restaurant, you will not regret it!

25/09/2024: I cannot figure out how this place has such a low rating, well I guess I can mainly due to the service, they are great but they could be more welcoming, some look to pursuade you from coming in and eating, a little customer service and this place would be great, but despite not being cheery, they are nice enough
24/09/2024: I went there for dinner with a colleague I ordered a fish sauerkraut good bad luck no haddock fish which gives this particular scent and taste
we double the portions of fish in the salmon zander dish I appreciate the gesture however the sauerkraut is not bad the dish is well garnished but lacks a little refinement. I have already eaten fish sauerkraut that was a bit better. The salad ordered is certainly large but slightly cooked. Too bad for traditional Alsatian cuisine, there are little things to improve. 15/09/2024: We had reservations. Good reception: we were able to change tables. Very good meal. There is a staircase to go to the toilet, which is not easy for a disabled person.
