01/12/2025: Visited on December 1st and the food was very good, as were the atmosphere and service. Highly recommended. We had sauerkraut and beef stew.

25/01/2026: Quite honestly, the vegetarian burger should be removed from the menu. Only the fries were decent, and even then, barely. As for the burger, it was a tiny, defrosted bun, a single, barely warm slice of cheddar cheese, a very mediocre veggie "patty," and a single, tiny lettuce leaf. I ate it because I was starving. And I was still starving afterward. My wife's mushroom tarte flambée wasn't cooked. The dessert was more whipped cream than ice cream. We ate in our jackets because it must have been around 17°C (63°F) at most. Frankly, I'm rarely this critical, but this was just unacceptable. I definitely don't recommend it.

02/12/2024: Very beautiful place with refined decor, top service, good advice and cuisine with a most creative chef who makes us salivate as his dishes are succulent and tasty in every bite... I recommend with your eyes closed, go there you will be charmed!!!

27/01/2026: The owner was welcoming, but the waiter was particularly rude. The tarte flambée was decent, but the chestnut torch dessert was not up to restaurant standards! The presentation and meringue were mass-produced... Expensive for this type of food.

27/01/2026: What a welcome I found at this restaurant. Kindness, competence, and cordiality. The interior decor is very beautiful and traditional, the dishes are well-prepared and with the option of some modifications, explained in Italian with great courtesy. The shank was very tender and not at all greasy, the desserts and first courses were perfect, and the snails were delicious. We ate at lunchtime and returned in the evening. Thank you for everything, and keep up the good work.

08/07/2025: A very friendly little restaurant with excellent traditional cuisine. We had the homemade Baeckaeoffe with its green salad (delicious) and a candied pork cheek with Pinot Noir (excellent). Very good service. I highly recommend it. Fabrice

02/09/2024: Magical restaurant, rustic inside on 2 floors, nice to sit outside on the little-used Grand'ru. Small map with the Alsatian classics. Starter, a dozen snails with herb butter, tasted very good. Alsatian burger in a pretzel bun with sesame, mustard sauce, fried potatoes and a small salad, the meat patty is a bit dry. The pork knuckle with Munster cheese, spaetzle and salad, very tender and juicy but the rind was not crispy. Dessert: Meringue with cream, vanilla ice cream and raspberry sorbet, quite down-to-earth. But - a visit is worth it.
