28/03/2024: Passing through Saint Dizier for professional reasons, I had the opportunity with "local" colleagues to eat twice in this restaurant in two weeks!
The dishes are tasty and plentiful, the waitresses are cheerful and professional!
Nothing to complain about, well yes: If I come back to St Dizier I would come back to eat here :)

23/03/2024: It was with wonder that we discovered the cuisine offered by the restaurant L'Archestrate, it is a delight in the mouth. I highly recommend this address to gourmets.
19/03/2024: Very closed and dark room no windows lots of curtains I really didn't like it. Very expensive meal no flavor. Puree served like at home. Dessert the heart of Valentine's Day. Honestly nothing special...very expensive restaurant I don't recommend at all

30/03/2024: To the gentleman dressed in red who, today, reprimands my partner and me for using the toilet without drinking; who proclaims loudly and clearly on the market that I have "no know-how", I would respond that it is refusing access to a natural human need for profit which is a "lack of know-how".
18/02/2024: The brasserie is of good quality, however the staff lacks politeness.

05/02/2024: very good hotel establishment. we were very well received. the room was very clean and pleasant. The staff were very welcoming and smiling. The breakfast was perfect with lots of choice in both drinks and food. We will not hesitate to come back when we find ourselves in the surrounding area. The only downside is the parking of vehicles in the municipal car park, but free so it is really a very small downside.

09/12/2023: Hôtel d’un autre temps, les chambres son vétustes. J’ai eu la désagréable surprise de me retrouver envahi pas des punaises de lit le premier soir, m’obligeant à dormir dans ma voiture. Le lendemain on m’a proposé une nouvelle chambre mais je n’ai jamais été remboursé de ma première nuit …
