15/05/2026: Always a pleasure 😊 The food was excellent! Very tasty modern cuisine, beautifully presented and served with a smile. The service was top-notch! Very attentive and exceptionally courteous. Unfortunately, we were seated right by the entrance, which wasn't ideal, but we had a truly wonderful meal, good wine, and will gladly return 😀

The dishes were beautifully presented and expertly prepared.
The setting was charming. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
We highly recommend it.

23/12/2025: A very good meal at L’Inter’Val, ideally located near the Charles de Gaulle Memorial. The six-course menu is well-paced, with carefully prepared and beautifully presented dishes, including a high-quality foie gras. Professional service and a pleasant atmosphere. A very good address for a gourmet meal in the region.
14/12/2025: Restaurant located directly opposite the church in Colombey.
Delighted with this dinner. Special mention goes to the three-course foie gras menu: the scallops with foie gras sauce were particularly delicious.
The ribeye steak from the à la carte menu was excellent. Pleasant service; the two ladies were particularly welcoming. Very good selection of champagnes at reasonable prices.
It's best to make a reservation, as the restaurant was quite full.
I highly recommend it!

02/05/2026: Very good. It's a shame the toilets aren't accessible for people with disabilities; there are steps to get to them.
28/04/2026: The setting was very welcoming, with ample space between the tables providing a pleasant sense of intimacy. The kidneys were cooked to perfection, and the steak tartare was generous, made with high-quality, well-seasoned meat.
The organic wine we tried was perfect with our order. Good value for money in our opinion.

10/05/2026: We had a lovely time, mainly thanks to Killian (the 3 stars are for him because the other two waiters were a disaster: the young man who pushed everyone and even hit my mother-in-law on the head with a plate without apologizing, and the incredibly unpleasant lady...). The food deserves its 5 stars; the meat was cooked to perfection, and the dishes were very good.

22/05/2026: Passing through Burgundy, we had lunch at this restaurant. A friendly welcome with a buffet and a variety of dishes: we had andouillettes and fries. Thank you for a lovely time.
15/05/2026: We've been coming back here for a very long time because of Claude and his waitress's kindness; they're always so pleasant and smiling. We also appreciate the simple, delicious food in such a welcoming atmosphere!
What's more, the restrooms are always spotless, which is far from the norm! Well done to the whole team, keep up the great work!

25/04/2026: A lovely hotel with a good restaurant and a very competent waiter. Excellent breakfasts. One small drawback: the hotel parking lot is currently inaccessible. This hotel is all the more remarkable for being what it is in a commercially struggling town like Bourbonne-les-Bains.
