28/03/2026: Hello, We ate lunch yesterday at Agora. We had the dish of the day: pork tenderloin with caramel sauce and rice, which was excellent, generous, and beautifully presented. We also had dessert: strawberry tiramisu and crème brûlée, both very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The pizzas are excellent as well; I've never had a burrata pizza like this one. Congratulations to the chef! We received a very warm welcome all week, whether for coffee, afternoon tea, or a meal, from the friendly and pleasant waiter and the owners, who were always smiling and easy to talk to. It's worth mentioning, as this is rare these days. We were already familiar with the restaurant, having been regular customers for years. It hasn't changed, and we will gladly return. We wish you a wonderful end to the 2026 winter season.

29/03/2026: We rediscovered this restaurant with pleasure. We thoroughly enjoyed the crust. The waiter, who was also our waiter, knew how to highlight the dishes on the menu. We will return to try the Swiss fondue and the galettes. We will not hesitate to recommend this restaurant to our friends and tenants.

17/03/2026: The savory crepes are delicious and generous, the service is quick, and the staff are very friendly. We ordered a set menu but were too full after the savory crepes, so they kindly offered us sweet crepes to go. Vegetarian options are available.

03/04/2026: How can I put it? The family atmosphere is fantastic, very warm and welcoming 😉 Watching our meat cook right in front of us on the wood-fired grill was a wonderful experience. The service is great, very friendly. I had a lovely time and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it.

08/04/2026: Definitely not family friendly nor is if friendly. (Head waiter was rude, and clearly showed he didn’t want us there) - kids menu wasn’t on offer as advertised outside, and walked off in the middle of taking our order. The Risotto was great but otherwise it as expensive meal for a high stress, grumpy staff with not much on offer.

22/03/2026: Very happy with this restaurant. The Savoyard fondue is amazing! The portions are generous. The service is quick and the staff is very attentive. The waitresses are cheerful and excellent. We just would have appreciated it if the salad had been included with the fondue... Thank you for this meal.

04/04/2026: I went to eat with my family, hoping to have a nice day at this restaurant. I'm really not happy with the service. The manager practically attacked me because I pointed out that I'd been waiting 20 minutes for my coffee. In short, avoid this place!

06/05/2026: Our experience was very mixed. Positive: - Comfortable bedding and a lovely view - The staff was very pleasant - The wine was very good (perfectly paired) - The view was beautiful, especially at sunset - Very quiet Negative: - For a seven-course dinner, we expected fresh bread, but it was dry. - The service was very slow; two and a half hours to eat is far too slow, especially since it wasn't really seven courses. The amuse-bouches aren't supposed to count as a course (we're used to Michelin-starred restaurants), and the rest of the meal should have been served quickly. - The room was shabby: peeling paint, noisy shower (when all they needed was a new faucet), and a bandage was used to repair the hairdryer... - There was a room with lots of board games, which was great! Except that the games are incomplete; we tested about ten of them, and there's always something missing...

From the moment you arrive, you're struck by the tranquility and the breathtaking view of the valley, but it's the welcome that truly makes the difference: warm, professional, and genuine. Spa: A pure moment of relaxation. The facilities are impeccable, and the view from the relaxation areas is simply magical. It's the ideal remedy after a day on the trails (or slopes!). I'll just mention the absence of a jacuzzi. There's a hammam, sauna, massage shower, and hanging chairs with a tea area. But no jacuzzi. Dining: Special mention for the restaurant! You can feel the genuine attention to local products, which are enhanced with finesse. It's top-notch, both for the palate and the service. The hotel's eco-responsible commitment (the first bioclimatic hotel in the region, if I'm not mistaken!) allows you to enjoy luxury guilt-free. In short, whether it's the attentive staff or the quality of the services, La Croix de Savoie is a rare find in Les Carroz. You come for the view, you stay for the experience.
