11/09/2024: Today we took advantage of a gift voucher for a discovery menu. The voucher was given to the restaurant reception upon our arrival (young girl with ponytail). At the start we were told that drinks were not included. First incident when we ask for the bill, we are asked to......pay for everything (what about the gift voucher?). Once rectified, we pay for the drinks and collect the voucher. In the surprise car, we see that drinks (excluding wine) are included on the Voucher! Return to the checkout where the person does not seem bored, does not say a word of apology, and does not forget to mention that "no ma'am, beer is not included"....probably dreading doing so. a commercial gesture despite all these errors. Enough to be disappointed and not want to recommend this establishment! Hello, I just read your answer, I do not agree as soon as we arrived I gave the voucher to the person who kept it at reception! I am outraged by the lack of frankness from the reception. I often go to restaurants with vouchers given to me by my daughter which I give upon arrival. I'm not a novice. It has nothing to do with the quality of the meal. For this reason alone I will no longer return to your establishment. It was at the exit that I claimed my voucher and I saw that the drinks listed were included, hence my second claim. The first time was the addition of the menus even though it was a gift from my daughter. Lack of organization of your staff. Otherwise there would be no mishaps as you stipulated. Bad times!!!!

11/08/2024: Sublime place to rest and recharge your batteries. The service is truly excellent, the whole team is on top and takes the smallest care. Not to mention chef Sacha who makes tailor-made dishes, me who was there 1 week before a triathlon, the whole hotel was attentive to my requests. Thank you I highly recommend and I will come back, I promise!!! But this time my children.

10/08/2024: I went to this hotel to enjoy its spa with my daughter. The welcome given to us was perfect, both during the reservation and especially during our presence in the establishment. The receptionist kindly accompanied us to the spa where we were able to enjoy a space that was as clean as it was pleasant. We then opted for a massage, the two people who took care of us were extremely kind and very professional. We received service worthy (or even superior) of the greatest hotels, a truly enchanted interlude which made us want to come back for a future stay in this magnificent Hotel!

03/09/2024: It was full elsewhere, so much the better, great setting on the terrace by the lake, relaxed and top-notch service, and delicious Carpaccio.

01/09/2024: We were well received, the staff were pleasant and we had a good meal with a magnificent view. Go there with your eyes closed!
