16/03/2026: My partner surprised me with a weekend getaway at the Black Bass, and it was a wonderful experience.
The hotel is magnificent, ideally located with direct access to the lakeside promenade. Everything is beautifully designed and meticulously crafted: the decor is sophisticated and truly delightful.
The room was very comfortable with perfect bedding for a wonderfully peaceful night's sleep!
The staff, from reception to the housekeeping, are exceptionally kind and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
We also thoroughly enjoyed our meal at the hotel restaurant, which was truly delightful.
I also treated myself to a 50-minute couples massage, from which I emerged completely relaxed.
The only slight drawback was the spa pool, which we found a bit chilly, preventing us from enjoying it as long as we would have liked. As I couldn't use the hammam or sauna due to health reasons, I didn't fully enjoy that area.
Despite this, we had a very nice time (despite a rainy weekend) in this hotel which I gladly recommend.

Perfect dinner with a lake view.
Excellent breakfast with a wide selection and, again, a lake view!
Very warm welcome from the entire team at reception and in the dining room. Excellent massage.
Spa with a 27°C pool (the only downside), sauna, and hammam.
We highly recommend this hotel and will gladly return.

18/01/2025: A magnificent place; the decoration of the hotel is modern and very beautiful, the rooms are amazing.
The welcome is perfect and the meal excellent.
The view from the hotel, just a stone's throw from the lake, adds further charm to the place.
We had a wonderful weekend!

29/01/2026: Having a fantastic time with friends... The jazz atmosphere was perfect, showcasing the musicians' talents with magnificent improvisations.
I highly recommend it for jazz lovers and anyone who enjoys musical moments – an experience to be enjoyed without moderation 😉.
19/01/2026: Hello La Seiche, you should really review your activities. Karaoke with Nadou is free, but now you're charging for it. Who do you think we are? Next time, don't bother. It's free on the La Seiche website, so please don't charge people. Next time, if we have to pay €6 and it's suddenly €10, that's highway robbery! If this keeps up, we'll have to pay. Well, that's it.

08/12/2024: For many years and always satisfied, I recommend the house smoked salmon or the seasonal foie gras.
This is the entrance.
I have always enjoyed the beef fillet and its vegetables.
The boss will advise you on a selection of good wines to accompany this menu, with tasting and moderation.

02/09/2024: We had the menu of the week. Sumptuous 3 course menu for 36 Euros. Interesting delicious courses. Service was warm and friendly. Then the view and setting. Highly recommend.
29/08/2024: All simply perfect, food, presentation, ambient, scenery, staff professionalism and friendliness. Modern cuisine with top quality ingredients and presentation. It is a must go restaurant. Also mentioned by the Michelin guide!

17/07/2024: Nous avons passé une soirée merveilleuse au Bistro du Port de Sévrier. La vue sur le lac d'Annecy depuis la terrasse est splendide. Le menu est varié, avec des plats délicieux et bien présentés. Le service était impeccable, avec un personnel attentif et professionnel. Mention spéciale pour le filet de perche et le tiramisu du jour, absolument divins. Une adresse incontournable pour une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle.
