02/10/2024: I'm Brazilian, I'm visiting Limoges and I went to the restaurant Les Tables du Bistrot and loved the atmosphere and the food. Everyone there is great people, the food was amazing and the waiters were super kind. Rating 5/5 I would recommend it to any Brazilian who wants to visit this city, an unmissable restaurant.

27/09/2024: We ate with 5 adults. Some had grilled red meat. She was a little harsh. Otherwise the others produce nothing to say. The character of the restaurant is original (a small stable next to it with 2 cows and a few chickens and 1 rooster which can also be seen behind a window in the restaurant). Very friendly staff.

27/09/2024: Nice boss who is at the bar and in the kitchen 👏. Neighborhood restaurant not far from the station, ideal for eating home-cooked food without fuss but good 😃. Come on glasses 😉

10/09/2024: 300 meters from Limoges Bénédictins station, you could pass by without paying attention, but don't hesitate to open the door. The menu is more than complete, starter/main course/cheese/dessert/coffee/wine for €14.50! And what's more, the food is homemade and the owner is friendly. What more could you ask for! Oh yes, chocolate mousse, or on Wednesday, eggs in wine!!! In short, go through the door and make up your mind.

19/09/2024: I stopped by the Suchaud bakery and pastry shop today after seeing many positive reviews. It is a small shop which remains charming, but which offers a limited choice, whether in pastries or pastries. That said, it’s understandable for a bakery of this size. I tried a chicken sandwich with curry sauce, and it was honestly very good. The bread retained all its crispness, which is quite rare, because sandwiches often take on moisture, making the bread soft. Here, that was not the case, and that was really appreciated. A little small in size, but at a low price, so it's perfectly OK. Small downside regarding the labels: it would be good to pay attention to the clarity of the prices displayed. For example, the label said €2.90, but I paid €3.90. Maybe I didn't see the label correctly, but a better layout or more frequent updating would help. As for the pastries, they seemed a little overcooked to me during my visit. I wanted to have one, but they were overcooked, some even blackened. This may have been an isolated case, but it's something to keep an eye on. Finally, an important point to emphasize: there was clearly a shortage of employees. There was only one person managing around ten clients, and she was clearly overwhelmed. You could see that she was sweating and struggling to manage everything. This created a lack of communication with customers, and we can only understand this. Maybe a little extra help would make the experience smoother. 19/08/2024: De passage à Limoges sur la route des vacances, chez la Germaine fut une agréable découverte. Cuisine traditionnelle raffinée et copieuse. Doublée d'un accueille très sympathique. Je recommande chaleureusement.

16/12/2024: We came to see a Gims concert at the Zénith. We had little time to eat. We explained to the staff that the time was right and we were served quickly. The staff was friendly and smiling. We ate well and special mention for the homemade chocolate praline mousse which was excellent. We arrived at the concert on time. THANKS

15/12/2024: The Campanile on the Moulin Pinard alley? What quieter stay in the middle of nature? From the reception, it's already the Southern accent before a very friendly waiter. 16/08/2024: In the epicenter of Limoges, very small tables (size), very crowded, loud but ultimately inefficient service, broken promise, "we'll take your order right away", water not served fresh, tomato juice (Patrick Font) served not chilled, sea bream ceviche, celeriac and mustard mayonnaise served not cold, lentils and poached egg served not cold, excellent fresh breads, excellent cheese platter, absolutely unbeatable value for money, very highly recommended
