22/09/2026: A 35-minute wait for… absolutely nothing.
No bottle of wine, no appetizers.
The waiter was clueless, unable to explain a dish on the menu or the grape varieties in a wine.
The terrace was infested with mosquitoes. For a supposedly 4-star establishment, the best decision was to leave without being served. Only 1 star because zero wasn't an option.

27/09/2026: For two years now, I've been eating twice a week between 11 am and 2 pm to take advantage of the discount. Once, I arrived 5 minutes late, at 2:05 pm instead of 2 pm, because the bus was delayed. I asked to pay for the pizza with the discount, and the cashier looked me coldly in the eyes and said it was too late. They have absolutely no customer service skills; they're like soldiers.
23/07/2026: A very bad experience. We received the wrong delivery, and when we reported the error, the manager was extremely rude to us on the phone. Instead of looking for a solution, he refused to correct the mistake, stating that "what happens on the internet is not his problem." This lack of professionalism, respect, and customer service is very disappointing. I hope this establishment will take customer complaints more seriously.

And "freshly squeezed" grapefruit juice. It was watery.
It was truly downright terribly unappetizing. The fries had been reheated. The fish was in a rock-hard, dry crust and the aioli had curdled.
However, the location is fantastic and the service was friendly.

02/10/2026: The service was truly unpleasant. The person who brought me my coffee did so very reluctantly and spoke to me very rudely. Furthermore, I wasn't given any cutlery, sugar, or even the glass of water that normally accompanies coffee.
I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but the way I was received was truly unpleasant. I hope that the service and customer experience can be improved. Morning shift.
02/10/2026: Very bad experience with the service.
The server who brought my coffee spilled some of it. Then he gave me a dirty teaspoon. I politely asked him to replace it, but he didn't. The glasses of water that normally accompany coffee were also not brought to me.
In addition to that, the server was very unpleasant and rude throughout the entire service. I can understand that mistakes can happen, but the least one can do is remain respectful and take the necessary steps when a customer reports a problem.
Very disappointed with this experience.
This was the person on the morning shift, October 2, 2026, at 10:35 AM.

26/09/2026: What a lovely way to end the day and the week (Friday)! A moment spent on a terrace in Place de la Comédie, watching the passersby and soaking up the Montpellier atmosphere. A special mention to the charming, smiling, and attentive waiter, who didn't hesitate to share a few anecdotes about the city, all while maintaining his good humor despite some less-than-accommodating customers! Thank you for the quality of service, its speed, and above all, your kindness. A wonderful end to the day, just the way we like them! 😊🍹

09/08/2026: With the heatwave, it was the misting fans on the terrace that drew us in. And honestly, they were really pleasant! It's a shame they were only working during happy hour... Apart from that, the restaurant was practically empty while the neighboring restaurants were much more crowded... we understood why! 😆 We might have thought the minimalist menu hid some cooked dishes, but actually, not at all. It's more like assembly. The tapas were frozen food that had been deep-fried. Not bad, but frozen food nonetheless... The salad that came with the dishes looked a bit tired... and the service was clearly lacking in professionalism. In short, not a great spot...

27/09/2026: We stumbled upon this brasserie yesterday by chance because there was nowhere to park in Montpellier (a large, very convenient 200-space parking lot with available spaces on a Saturday night).
What a pleasant surprise!
The staff and the owner were lovely.
The food was delicious.
The prices were very reasonable. Excellent value for money.
And we received a very warm welcome. I highly recommend it.
19/09/2026: A good place to have a milkshake or smoothie, or a crepe. The setting is very nice. But don't expect anything exceptional; the fruit is frozen.

The Asian salad is basically just an excess of cabbage.
You can tell the staff are trying their best but don't seem to be restaurant professionals.
05/09/2026: I've rarely seen such a low level of service; even my late grandmother would have been faster. The menu was printed on an A4 sheet of paper in Word, with no prices, no descriptions… Nothing was prepared when we opened, giving the impression that even the servers were discovering the bistro for the first time.
I would have happily stayed if we'd had the chance to see even a single dish on the menu, but neither we nor any of the other customers around us were so lucky… Avoid at all costs.
