17/08/2026: As much as I dislike leaving bad reviews, I feel this feedback is necessary. I went to Les Trois Brasseurs last night with some friends for drinks. The waitress who greeted us was very kind and quickly found us a table for five. Ordering went smoothly with another server, and when our drinks arrived, a small incident occurred. I certainly don't want to make a big deal out of it, but I still prefer to record this event. The server noticed my tattoos, initially jokingly, then asked me what I thought of his since he's covered in them himself. At first, I didn't really understand what I was looking at, but the length of the conversation eventually compelled me to focus on his tattoo, which depicted a rather obscene scene between Looney Tunes characters. Embarrassed, I simply nodded, and then the waiter showed me another tattoo. Once again, I struggled to understand what it represented, until he insisted I "read" the so-called musical score drawn on his arm. I then realized it wasn't musical notes, but stick figures depicted in obscene poses, yet again. The waiter continued to insist I "sing," to use his words, this score, even though I refused twice. If this was meant to be humorous, I personally didn't find it funny: on the contrary, I was very embarrassed by the interaction. The other women at the table were also surprised, even shocked, by the waiter's insistence on discussing his tattoos with me. Without this interaction, my visit to Les Trois Brasseurs would have been completely unremarkable. I would nevertheless like to point out this behavior, which I found, again in a personal capacity, to be quite rude and inappropriate...

27/07/2026: We had a pretty good time. Game night, great atmosphere and all. But when it came time to pay the bill, things weren't so great. We arrived before 8:00 PM. During the service, we were given the happy hour menu. So we assumed, "That's what those are." There was no explanation given during the service. The prices on the receipt were clearly not the happy hour prices (see photo). I didn't understand the bill; did we pay full price, or were the menu prices for half-pints? Furthermore, we ordered guacamole, but we didn't have enough tortilla to finish it. I asked if we could get more; I was willing to pay extra. The server replied, "We don't do that." Okay, so you'd rather throw the food away? That's pretty unpleasant. I hate wasting food.

07/08/2026: Gourmet restaurant, very poor value for money. Presentation is prioritized over quantity and especially taste. The panna cotta appetizer was tasteless. We waited between 30 and 45 minutes for the main course, a seafood risotto that was very underwhelming. Similarly, the desserts, while well-presented, were truly mediocre. Very disappointed compared to my previous experience. Absolutely avoid this place. Angel

06/08/2026: After an excellent experience at the bistro, we wanted to try the fine dining restaurant. The food was simply superb. A huge congratulations to the chefs for the quality of the dishes, the flavors, and the care they put into each plate. The servers were also very kind, smiling, and professional. However, the experience was unfortunately marred by an excessively long wait. Nearly an hour between the appetizer and the main course, which is hardly acceptable, even in a fine dining establishment. We felt there were too many tables for the number of diners, which inevitably impacted the service. It's a real shame, because the food deserves to be showcased. We came with great enthusiasm after our wonderful experience at the bistro, but ultimately left very disappointed. If you value your time and smooth service, this isn't the place for you. The wait completely overshadowed what was otherwise a remarkable meal.

13/06/2026: We had dinner there as a couple during a stay in the area. It was a Saturday evening, we had a reservation, and the three-course meal (starter, main, dessert) with drinks cost around €120. This was within the advertised price range, the dishes were cooked quite well, the octopus was perhaps a touch overcooked, but overall, it was a very good experience. We left with smiles on our faces and no regrets. The service was friendly and welcoming; we had a lovely time.

23/07/2026: A very bad experience. We received the wrong delivery, and when we reported the error, the manager was extremely rude to us on the phone. Instead of looking for a solution, he refused to correct the mistake, stating that "what happens on the internet is not his problem." This lack of professionalism, respect, and customer service is very disappointing. I hope this establishment will take customer complaints more seriously.

02/08/2026: The Food was really bad... frozen pizza are used and not even baked properly. We neede to sent rest back because it was undercooked. The fries arw being fried in the same pan as the fish, which is really noticable. Cocktails were fine.

02/08/2026: This is the must-visit address in Montpellier, where you can truly enjoy yourself. 😊 Words can never adequately describe the euphoria your taste buds will experience. 🫶

13/08/2026: Frozen products. The food would be nice with fresh ingredients. The menu is simple and doesn't live up to the standards of other restaurants in the area. The value for money is far from ideal. I don't recommend it.

17/04/2026: Excellent restaurant! We were staying at the hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The food is incredibly fresh, which is evident in every dish. The menu is intentionally small—3 starters, 3 main courses, 3 desserts—which is very reassuring, as it guarantees high-quality, expertly prepared ingredients. The wonderful welcome also makes all the difference: the staff is warm and attentive. Finally, the prices are very reasonable considering the quality. A truly excellent place that I highly recommend!
