23/06/2025: The hotel is very quiet and comfortable. I had a pleasant weekend there. The only minor criticism I could make would be the lack of a coffee machine available.

08/12/2024: Not knowing Montpellier, I decided to stop to eat at NaturElle. I deeply regret this decision: between the display problem, the unpleasant servers and the meal that was not only cold, but not even cooked, the experience was disappointing. I forced myself to eat because I was really hungry, but considering the price and quantity, I would have been better off going to McDonald's. I strongly advise against this establishment.

06/12/2024: I strongly advise against it. We came to eat this afternoon. When ordering, there are display errors which are not even rectified. The employees speak curtly. We manage to decide, we have country paninis. We ask the waiter to sit at the table, he replies curtly that we should say so before next time. Are we supposed to guess? In short, when we arrived at the table, the paninis were cold, and the cheese had not melted. Advice ; go spend your money at Starbucks, at least they have learned to smile there.

28/09/2024: Having come often and for a long time with pleasure to eat on their terrace, this evening unfortunately I note that the mentioned rating of 2.7 is almost generous. It's a shame.

08/12/2024: Disappointing.. we came with friends on a Saturday evening at 9 p.m. and there were no more fries, yet the price of the Burger remained the same.. we therefore fell back on the pancakes, dough too thick and not cooked enough, raw “grilled bacon”, cheap products you can taste One of us took a duck breast (dish of the day) it was almost raw and we sent it back to the kitchen, after 10 minutes of waiting the breast came back in the same state, still almost raw .. Concerning the service, the menu was unknown to the waitress, we had meat knives for desserts which would have been more useful for meat.. Very expensive for what it is, crepes made at home will be much better.

06/12/2024: Visited this place at the end of November to eat a crepe in the evening. Midges flying all over the room and even around your face, which is very unpleasant. The friendliness of the waiters we can also iron, you are in contact with people, please make an effort… And to top it off, the taste of the pancakes which was not at all there for a price really high. You pay for a flavorless crepe, not even hot. In the end we just pay for the location of the “crêperie”.

02/10/2024: I am extremely disappointed! I arrived at 8:30 p.m. to leave at 10:15 p.m.!!!! I went there for a special family occasion and it ended very badly because the waiter was absent... He passed by from time to time without paying attention to us even though we had finished our dishes for a while! It’s very unfortunate because there are other excellent waiters and waitresses that we are happy to have, unlike him where it always ends badly… When it was time to pay, he hid behind the bar after another long wait, another waiter took the initiative to cash us even though he had no obligation to do so!

02/10/2024: We were very well received as usual, the beer is top notch. Unfortunately the sauerkraut is no longer as good as before because the one served today was not cooked in beer and was sour, the cold meats had no taste. Too bad because we came on purpose for that... Not to mention the acid reflux that this caused us! 🤢

08/09/2024: Ideally located at the entrance to the Charles de Gaulle esplanade, it is a restaurant/snack bar with excellent value for money. I highly recommend it
