26/04/2026: We discovered this restaurant at lunchtime today, and it was a very pleasant surprise. The servers were very professional and friendly. We ordered aioli and a seafood platter, and everything was perfect. We were able to eat on the back terrace in the shade. We'll definitely be back.

21/04/2026: Still at the top despite the passing years... After all these years I expected a decline, but no, the talent and the magical setting are still there. Clearly one of the best places in town.

06/05/2026: Overpriced non-alcoholic cocktails, and there's nothing to drink but ice cubes as cold as the waitress herself. A smile wouldn't have gone amiss…

30/04/2026: We booked beach beds end of April. It was quiet (which we like), lots of staff, but for a whole day, no one asked what we would like to eat or drink. It was extremely expensive and the service came NOT with a smile. No music. I would buy sunbeds at Decathlon and have lunch at the beach myself next time.

14/04/2026: The paella and pizza were excellent, we had a wonderful meal yesterday, I highly recommend it!

13/04/2026: Very disappointed. Several of us came for lunch after seeing a very appealing menu online. Once there, there was no menu (no drinks or set menus) and only three main courses and one starter listed on a chalkboard. The pizzas seemed frozen, the paella was clearly overpriced, and the wines were under-served. The service was slow, even though we weren't the only ones in the restaurant, I understand, but we were the only ones eating. The atmosphere was unpleasant; someone was smoking a joint on the terrace, staring at us throughout the entire meal… An establishment with a beautiful website that promises a dream, but a very disappointing reality: low-quality, limited cuisine and unfriendly service.

17/05/2026: Hello. On May 17th, around 3 pm, I ordered a Nutella waffle with a scoop of chocolate ice cream and whipped cream. To begin with, the young man at the register was quite condescending. Then the waffle arrived with the whipped cream completely melted. When I started eating, I realized there were lots of bits of the waffle iron stuck in my waffle. I went over to the person who took the order, explained the situation, and without even apologizing, she replied, "It's not hard." Basically, the bits aren't hard, so I can eat them. Great. Not even an apology. I left.

14/05/2026: The ice cream shop is very cute, with lots of choices. And their homemade waffles are excellent! I recommend it.

27/04/2026: April 27, 2026 11:40 AM Waiter with newsboy glasses Terrible. No smile, no polite greeting. It's a shame, the place is peaceful. I would have liked to keep a good memory and come back.

23/04/2026: Unacceptable service at New Wave. Upon our arrival around 5 p.m., the first waiter stopped us at the entrance to ask why we were there, even though I was accompanied by my mother-in-law, who was on crutches and already had difficulty getting around. I explained that we wanted to have a coffee. He replied that the machine was already off because "it's quiet" and that they would be closing soon, despite it being the holiday season and the terrace still being occupied. It was at this point that he suggested we go to the bakery for hot drinks. We eventually accepted the cold drinks he then offered us. Once inside, a second waiter asked us to sit outside because they were starting to bring in the chairs, with absolutely no consideration for my mother-in-law's situation. Between this inconsistency, complete lack of professionalism, and absence of empathy, we decided to leave. An unacceptable experience.

19/04/2026: We received a very warm welcome, both on the phone and in person. We were a small group, including two wheelchair users (I mention this because it speaks volumes about the friendly and fully accessible atmosphere). The menu was nice, the tapas were good, and the karaoke was great.

10/07/2025: The room is quite small with a view of the campsite. The floor in the room is sticky and there is fungus in the shower. The only good thing is the location, which is very close to the sea.
