14/04/2024: Premiére expérience hyper décevante alors j'y retourne afin de voir si c'est mieux... Erreur... Déjà l'accueil de l'hotesse n'est pas sympathique , le serveur arrive sans un mot de politese...je demande si on pouvais un peu mettre le son pour le match de L'OM ..Il regarde autour de lui et me réponds "oui" or je regarde la premiere mi-temps avec un bruit lointain ..Seul mon assiette de charcuterie reste correct mais dépenser 26 euro plus jamais!Je décide donc de voir la deuxieme mi-temps à l'hotel et on me demande si tout allait et je réponds que non alors je n'y retournerais pas et je dirai meme à mes collégues et amis d'aller ailleurs..

31/08/2024: The dishes are offered after the starters and desserts, no direction of traffic. The toilets were excessively dirty. We were a family of 4 last night, for 2, digestion was painful, for the third, a 6 1/2 year old child, she had diarrhea last night and vomited this morning.. As much say that we will not repeat the experience!
30/08/2024: 1st mishap: we had to wait 30 minutes with our trays for someone to find us a table because everything was full. 2nd mishap: we order 3 hamburger steaks and when we go to the grill the cook tells me that there is only one. Having to go find a manager who validates the other 2 for us and when we go to the grill the cook tells us that there is only one. Forced to return to the manager!!! In the end 2h30 spent in the cafeteria returning from vacation. Frankly poorly organized!!!

08/12/2024: Déçus. Baisse de la qualité des assiettes. 4 personnes et 4 choix différents de plats. Tous les 4 déçus. Un manque de saveur et de présentation. La soupe et les assiettes chaudes sont arrivées tièdes. Point positif le service.
05/12/2024: Franchement moyen. Expérience décevante. Poulpe à la plancha ( en fait poulpe plongé ds un bouillon, légumes vapeur, mi cuits ) pour moi, la plancha c’est grillé pas bouilli ! Déserts restés coincés en cuisine, les cafés arrivent longtemps avant le désert. Une serveuse adorable règle le problème.. les Profiteroles sèches. Vraiment pas top. Service sympathique, cadre bruyant, musique + bruits de la cuisine. Déçus !!

18/08/2024: Very good restaurant. We had two burgers then frangipane pancake and lemon meringue tart for dessert, everything was very good. The staff is very friendly, we were served quickly. We will return.

28/08/2024: I wanted to come and eat with my family and the waiter simply refused to serve us under the pretext that we had drinks purchased in the establishment next door. Drink which offers no competition since it is bubble tea! If they still sold some I understand but apart from coca cola… Anyway, refusing to serve customers, I believe this is directly opposed to article 121-11 of the Consumer Code “it is prohibited to refuse the sale of a product or service to a consumer” Clearly, an establishment to avoid, I have never seen that!

25/08/2024: Unfortunately completely disappointed with the hotel. It was visited as part of a bus trip, so we didn't choose it ourselves, otherwise we certainly wouldn't have stayed there overnight. The hotel is located far outside surrounded by ruins. The rooms were dirty, others weren't even made ready. A very unpleasant smell in the rooms. Broken curtains and mattresses. The bathroom was a complete disaster. Extremely narrow, old and above all unclean. That doesn't work in the bathroom at all. With blue light you could still see what the predecessor had left behind. We were lucky enough to have a desk and therefore a little more space; others, as written in some previous reviews, couldn't even unpack their suitcases. There wasn't really a closet, just a shelf, which we had to clean first. We were really considering moving to a nearby B&B. The next day nothing was done in the room, neither the beds, nor the cleaning, nor the trash emptied. Only when asked was the trash can emptied the next day and the towels changed. But nothing else. Lack of staff or not, and taking into account various standards abroad, none of this is acceptable. Especially when it comes to hygiene! Breakfast wasn't really good either, baked baguettes with some sausage and cheese. Only the croissants were ok. As part of the trip we had half board, i.e. dinner. A la carte might be better, but what we got was nothing. Goulash with pasta, meat with rice are really not a showcase for the otherwise highly praised French cuisine. Here, too, our expectations were NOT a 3-star menu, but down-to-earth good would have been nice. There were no vegetables or fruit for the entire 5 days. There were no alternatives for vegetarians or even an overview of the ingredients of the dishes. Unfortunately, many people today have to know what they eat due to allergies and intolerances. Staff overall not very friendly either. Drink prices are completely exorbitant. No response to complaints about fermented wine. In general we had a feeling of arrogance and haughtiness. Unfortunately I have to write it so clearly! We would give the hotel a wide berth next time.
02/08/2024: Copy of email sent to general management I am contacting you regarding the inappropriate behavior of the manager of this hotel. My wife and I arrived at 4 a.m. Wednesday July 30, 2024. We were greeted by the night watchman (after calling him on his cell phone, phone number being written on the door). He was personable, pleasant and efficient. He told us the price of the room was 45 EUR, then gave us room 104. I wanted to pay for the room and give him my credit card and my ID, he told me that we could do that tomorrow at check out. I took the opportunity to ask for the check out times, he told me 12 p.m. and that if I ever lingered a little, he wouldn't hold it against me. He wrote my name on a post it with the rate and room number. I asked him if the motorbike parked on the side near the entrance wasn't in the way, he told me it wasn't a problem. I went to bed, it was 4 a.m. When I woke up around 9:30 a.m. I went to reception and a lady introducing herself as the manager welcomed me. I had 3 problems: The post it with the price has disappeared. I was asked for 55 eur instead of 45 eur, you will tell me it is only 10 eur difference but I insist on the principle... She called me a liar and refused to contact the night watchman to ask him the question. She took the opportunity to say: “It’s always the problems with you”. This is the first time I have set foot in this hotel and in the region. I dare to hope that this remark has nothing to do with any remark about my origins.. She immediately said that check out is at 11 a.m., I told her that I was planning to leave well before but that the bellman told me it was 12 p.m. She then reproached me for having parked along the hedge near the front door even though I had asked for permission, that the vehicle did not obstruct access in any way and that it was for a safety issue. (camera in front of reception). The director called me a liar on several occasions for these 3 points... I finally paid the 45 EUR with totally inappropriate remarks. I had to move the vehicle. I had to leave the room early even though it was planned... I called back the night watchman who confirmed the 3 points stated above and who fully assumes his instructions and does not understand the actions of this lady. Apparently this isn't the first time... I am appealing to you to find out if the general management intends to do something about this. Sincerely. So I pass on the dilapidation of the room, the separate beds, the cleaning ladies who speak out loud at 8:30 in the morning...

01/09/2024: At the entrance, the bouncer points to one of the group saying that she is drunk without even looking at her. She hadn't drunk a drop of alcohol, and wasn't acting strangely. He just wouldn't let us in.
01/09/2024: With my group of friends we couldn't get back because I was supposedly "too drunk" even though I was the one driving so I couldn't have had a single drop of alcohol.
