14/05/2026: I regularly have lunch at La Terrasse and I highly recommend it. We always receive a warm welcome, and the waiters and waitresses, including Melanie 😊, are incredibly kind and efficient. If some people complain in their reviews about the dishes not all arriving at the same time, it's understandable, as we're lucky enough to have both a crêperie and a restaurant, and the dishes aren't prepared at the same pace. Nevertheless, the service is always excellent, and the staff always do their best!
The owner is also fantastic and doesn't hesitate to help his employees in the kitchen when someone is needed, or in the dining room. Personally, I highly recommend this establishment.

29/05/2026: A very poor experience due to particularly disappointing service.
We arrived at 1:02 PM. Our aperitif order wasn't taken until 1:35 PM, in the middle of a heatwave, and our starter wasn't served until 1:50 PM. At 2:10 PM, we still hadn't received a carafe of water despite several requests and the fact that we had mentioned upon arrival that we were on a tight schedule.
Faced with this excessive wait and the complete lack of consideration, we decided to leave without even being able to eat our meals. When it came time to pay, the apologies were minimal, amounting to explaining that two colleagues were in training. However, it's not the customer's responsibility to suffer the consequences of poor organization, especially since the prices remained unchanged.
No compensation was offered. The only positive point was the starters, which were good.
We finally finished our meal at a McDonald’s located 5 minutes away, where we were greeted with much more responsiveness and consideration.

31/05/2026: The prices are far too high. It's completely unacceptable.
30/05/2026: First experience and definitely the last!!! The rooms looked beautiful online!!! But upon arrival, well, it wasn't like that at all!!! What's more, we arrived during a heatwave and, to top it all off, there was no air conditioning!!! Driving 600 kilometers and another 300 the next day, with that dreadful night!!! Even my dog was unwell!!! As for breakfast, I was sold a dream!!! 15 euros per person!!! Campanile does better for half the price!!! Admittedly, the chain works with some local suppliers, but as for the crepes, excuse me, maybe not industrially produced, but defrosted!!! And if you're curious, try the famous salted caramel butter!! Well, they certainly didn't skimp on the salt!!!! The staff isn't responsible. For me, never again!!! I like to say when things are good, but when they're bad, I also point that out.

21/06/2026: It's a bit of a gamble when it comes to cooking pizzas... It happens quite often that they're overcooked, therefore too dry and lacking in flavor. I'm increasingly thinking of going there less and less.
08/05/2026: I have rarely eaten such a bad pizza.
I ordered three pizzas. When I arrived, the display showed three minutes remaining, indicating that my pizzas would be ready, but I didn't get them for another 30 minutes. Several other customers arrived and left with their pizzas. The service was chaotic; I saw incomplete orders and pizzas being sent back due to mistakes. The young woman at the counter was very friendly but completely overwhelmed and had no answers when I tried to find out where the pizzas were. A cook switched from his station to the cashier but didn't know what he was doing, then another one arrived who was no better. In the end, I left with three pizzas in sizes other than the ones I ordered (but I gave up). One of the three pizzas must have been cooked twice, judging by how dry and overcooked it was. Pizzas with minimal toppings (for example, one pizza had four small meatballs and very little other stuff). It's a disgrace, bordering on a rip-off! They're cutting corners to maximize profit! I've never seen anything like it!
Yet not all Domino's Pizzas are the same; the one in St. Brévin-les-Pins (I was a customer a week ago) was fantastic. The one in Rennes Sud is a disaster!

10/06/2026: A super festive atmosphere after midnight where people sing and dance to music from yesterday and today. A young crowd that welcomes older women warmly. Arrive early to be sure of getting in.

09/09/2024: Galettes insipides, garnitures pas cuites … les galettes ne sont même pas pliées on dirait des burritos. Service trop long.Bref plus jamais ! Dommage pour une institution rennaise de tomber aussi bas
09/09/2024: Si vous êtes pressé ne venez pas....après s être installes nous avons attendu 15 a 20 minutes pour que quelqu un s interesse à nous ( au demeurant personne sympathique) et attendre encore autant pour une malheureuse crêpe bonne sans plus
Pas de dessert ni de café pour éviter de nou elles attentes
Et pour clore le tout le monsieur nous présente la facture de la table d à côté de la notre....ils étaient 4 nous étions 2 !
Et personne ne demande si nous avons été satisfaits....

Set on a pretty sunny terrace, all accompanied by a tasty onglet cooked to perfection by the chef accompanied by a pan of crunchy vegetables and a little béarnaise sauce.
Simple but effective.
The Corsican rosé was perfect.
Next time for sure I will come back with my wife.

Déjà l'accueil de l'hotesse n'est pas sympathique , le serveur arrive sans un mot de politese...je demande si on pouvais un peu mettre le son pour le match de L'OM ..Il regarde autour de lui et me réponds "oui" or je regarde la premiere mi-temps avec un bruit lointain ..Seul mon assiette de charcuterie reste correct mais dépenser 26 euro plus jamais!Je décide donc de voir la deuxieme mi-temps à l'hotel et on me demande si tout allait et je réponds que non alors je n'y retournerais pas et je dirai meme à mes collégues et amis d'aller ailleurs..

03/09/2024: This is a little house where you can enjoy yourself! A lover of culinary shows, I discovered this shop thanks to Emmanuelle Jary and Mathieu Pansard and I must say that I was not disappointed with the trip. There are few street foods where you can look forward to feeling even better when you leave than when you arrived.
Here, it's done! A sandwich as delicious as it is inventive, available for everyone in halal and vegetarian versions, with good Breton products and served by an efficient and bubbly young woman (thanks Kelly ;). In the kitchen, the chef behind the project offers tasty and finely prepared daily specials, all in a good, communicative mood.
When will we see a Jean Bon near the stations of Brittany? This would console us for the usual chains which sadly standardize our landscapes and our taste buds... A small one which could well overshadow the big ones!

03/09/2024: Little trip to Jean Bon, I had heard a lot of good things about him. in fact, the sandwich is really good, the products are fresh, the pulled pork is of great quality, the side dishes are garnished, the desserts are top notch. HOWEVER, seeing the boss, without gloves, making sandwiches after having smoked a cigarette on the terrace and crushing it in the ashtray, touching the menus and clearing them for other tables, fingers in the plates, sweating (real sweat, not the little light drops...), then scratch our foreheads and continue making our sandwiches, before bringing them to us as if nothing had happened.... In short, complicated for us to act as if nothing had happened. 'was, and to fully enjoy our meal. More than a mixed experience therefore.

02/05/2024: En escale à Rennes en ce 1er Mai, beaucoup de restaurants fermés, nous sommes "tombés" sur l'épicerie par hasard, un décor vintage, un accueil souriant et sympathique des tartines à se lécher les babines, que du bonheur, sans oublier bière, dessert et café.
