20/09/2024: The food is very good but the waiting time was long (more than two and a half hours) of course there were people on the other hand you just have to point it out upon arrival and therefore the customer has the choice to wait or leave.
The waitress was not pleasant and our dessert plates were a little "tossed" on the table. In summary, not a very commercial restaurant but good cooks.
15/09/2024: The duck breast tataki was a great discovery.
The perfect egg accompanied by sea bream ceviche and guacamole was excellent.
It was a great time spent with family and friends.
Keep it up. We will return with great pleasure to your establishment.

03/09/2024: Une carte qui interroge sur les associations d’ingrédients… des surprises à chaque plat digne d’un étoilé !! Entre amis, nous avons plus parlé de ce que nous mangions que de parler ensemble…. cqdd !!!

01/09/2024: Exceptionnel. Le chef s'amuse à mélanger des saveurs, des textures...Salé /sucré, aérien/dense, croquant/moelleux, acidulé/doux. Les vins proposés (bios!) étaient parfaits et le personnel gentil et attentionné, à recommander sans hésitation

08/12/2024: Very warm welcome, 100% friendly staff, the kitchens had just closed but we were offered very nice aperitifs.
03/12/2024: Excellent accueil et repas fait maison (bœuf bourguignon succulent et mousse au chocolat parsemée de noisettes à tomber par terre). On n’oublie pas la petite bière maison aux agrumes juste magnifique. Le cadre fait vieux bistro d’antan et on s’y sent très bien.

22/11/2024: Beautiful address in the center of Tours and close to Place Jean-Jaurès. Calm atmosphere, very well received by the staff. The meal was excellent, a great mastery of French dishes. Top for fans of meat and seafood. Very reasonable price. Thank you for this beautiful evening.
11/11/2024: An excellent bistro, my Touraine salad would have deserved to be a little warmer. It was still delicious.
The caramelized apple crumble with its scoop of ice cream was sublime.
We had a quiet dinner, which was very nice.

2 glasses of wine offered but disappointment awaits you.
Too bad a regular, creativity is no longer there.
21/11/2024: Excellent food, very nice cellar, pleasant and very attentive staff.
I was initially afraid of leaving hungry when I saw the starter coming, but ultimately not at all, our taste buds were satisfied and so were our stomachs.
The room is small, reservation is strongly recommended.

The team was very attentive, guiding us from the selection of cocktail pieces to the semi-custom dessert, including the delicious main course! The servers were friendly and very professional. The dishes chosen delighted the taste buds of all our guests, who received rave reviews. We highly recommend this excellent caterer!

The food and wine pairings are a must-try, well thought out, original and tailored to your needs! A perfect wine list for wine lovers who can even buy their bottle at their nearby cellar for more than fair prices!

26/08/2024: Le déjeuner est correct, sans plus, exception fait des moelleux en dessert (chocolat ou caramel, qui sont bons). Je n'ai pas pu goûter les spécialités africaines puisque je n'y ai pas dîné.
La cour intérieure est agréable.

12/10/2024: C’est notre endroit favori, place Plumereau pour manger pour boire. Tout le personnel est extrêmement poli, courtois, serviable. On y mange très bien .
06/10/2024: Personnel adorable. Cuisine tout à fait correcte pour le prix et en plus rapide. Seul bémol, un peu bruyant. Chiens bienvenus et gamelle d'eau servie directement. Equipe à l'écoute et qui semble bien s'entendre. Déjà venue avec d'autres personnes et cocktails impeccables. En plus possibilité de manger à toute heure de la journée ...
