28/03/2024: Arrived at 12:35 p.m. for lunch with a friend, it took almost 15 minutes before we saw the waitress arrive to take our order
Around 1:15 p.m. finally our plates are placed in front of us
Salmon tartare, fried salad
Both of us are used to this dish, we take it with pleasure in the restaurants where we eat
Today we ordered both
Visually the dish is already quite poorly presented, no aromatic herbs for decoration
When I stick my fork in, the pieces of fish are so big that I have to re-cut it, not to mention the huge, whole capers mixed with the salmon.
As for the taste.....I am disappointed my tartare has no taste, no personality...luckily I ordered their famous charmelcia sauce I almost emptied the sauce boat on the tartare
I, who wanted to try this restaurant since it opened, am very very disappointed, not sure that I will return there.
The staff is almost non-existent the food takes a very long time to serve I will think twice before going back
28/03/2024: 40 minutes of waiting to finally get your dish. Salmon tartare without any taste. We paid extra for sauce to eat it. A ghost service. We will not return to this establishment

02/04/2024: Very disappointed with Alinéa, a customer for years, I had signed up for the loyalty card. Having to make big purchases in the coming weeks I realized that I had never received their offers, the last of which was -20%! So I contacted them and they told me that according to them I had unchecked the newsletters and that is why I was no longer receiving offers! I deny having unchecked this newsletter and inform them that no one has contacted me. had indicated that the loyalty program and the newsletters were linked. In short, customer service didn't want to know anything and was absolutely not accommodating. I missed out on 20% and they missed out on an order worth more than 3000 euros. Should we definitely flee the big brands...? I'm thinking about it

27/03/2024: Had a drink at the top of the diable lift. Expensive and the music (bland lounge music) was loud. When we asked to turn the music down a bit, we were rudely turned away. Not recommended, plenty of better options at the bottom of the mountain!

01/05/2024: I'm sorry but the new menu is extremely expensive compared to the old menus and with nothing better on the contrary the service is very very long to have ravioli just out of the water barely drained no tasty preparation I confirm the gratin also seems frozen in summary value for money not at all there if you take starter main course dessert it's more than 40 euros too expensive not at the level too bad third time in this restaurant probably the last

28/04/2024: The meeting place for good eaters! Generous portions and quality cuisine, simple and efficient and a quality/price/quantity ratio that is difficult to beat! Steak tartares are excellent and available in many recipes. The cocktails are incredible, special mention for the brutal, xxl tipunch recipe with a base of agricultural rum at 59 degrees! 🥃😅😁

However, the server was very judgmental of our meal from start to finish.
It's a mistake on my dish of ravioli, ask for the goat's cheese, tomato and nuts, I received morels! However, the person at the bar was very pleasant and the person who flambéed the pasta for us was smiling and very pleasant!
Bravo to the kitchen, it was excellent!👌

Very good cuisine, the team is very kind and efficient and their terrace is very pleasant.
I recommend the mont d'or and the beef steak, a treat!!
