26/04/2026: I'll only review the restaurant since I didn't stay overnight...we opted for the signature menu with Jura wine pairings, a gem from start to finish, both the food and the wines. Bravo to the Meilleur Ouvrier de France sommelier and the entire team! A truly delightful experience. If I wanted to be picky, I'd say there's limited parking on the premises and the garden could be a bit more inviting towards the river. Otherwise, it's a delight for the taste buds. Bravo again!
19/04/2026: A very warm welcome, aperitifs served on the lovely terrace, exceptional menus paired with perfectly matched wines, impeccable service, and very friendly and attentive waitresses and waiters. The cheese trolley was a real treat. We highly recommend this restaurant.

11/05/2026: We were passing through the Jura region with our family and dog, and we stopped at La Finette Taverne d'Arbois for lunch. I highly recommend making a reservation as it's often very busy, but despite this, the service is excellent from start to finish, with minimal waiting.
The staff is very professional, friendly, and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Dogs are welcome, a real plus for us. We ate in the vaulted cellar, which adds a lot of charm to the meal.
Everything was delicious, the place is clean, the atmosphere is warm, and the organization is impeccable despite the crowds. A truly wonderful place that we wholeheartedly recommend!

18/12/2025: We went to Restaurant Maison Rosella for my birthday.
It was a very good exclusive experience, with only two guest tables, service extremely well-trained attentive
My husband ordered the menu, and afterwards he had stomach problems and farted very stinky.
At 21:40, the service staff sent us to the salon and then brought us the bill.
I was waiting for the service staff to come by so I could order my next drinks, but they didn't come.
Now, let's talk about the food.
My steak was good, with a taste of the grill and smoke, which I like.
But most of the food missing spirit component and caleter is doesn't"wow", or special touch.
For it price of it.
The drinks were good and the lady who served us that evening was very professional and well trained.

25/02/2026: Beautiful shop and excellent service. Congratulations on your work and expertise. Everything was perfect, the pastries and the chocolates. I especially loved the chocolates; your creations are perfect!
11/01/2026: I bought a galette des rois for €27.
There was practically no frangipane filling, just puff pastry.
Considering the price and the product description, I'm very disappointed.

03/05/2026: We were there last night! Magnificent! The owner is incredibly kind and attentive; she even offered us a small glass of Vin Jaune to taste, as we weren't familiar with it! As for the food, the chef is a true professional, creating flavorful dishes, not some bland, flashy chef just trying to impress tourists!
