24/05/2026: Dinner tonight was simply excellent from start to finish, without a single flaw, which is rare. The food, wine, and soft drink pairings were perfect, and the staff was very professional and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; in my opinion, it was excellent value for money.

We came for lunch on a weekday.
We ordered the €31 set menu and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The service was friendly and the atmosphere pleasant.
I highly recommend it.

16/07/2026: Hello, while passing through Arbois for a visit, we were looking for a simple restaurant and stumbled upon Le Petit Jurassien. Admittedly, it's far from the gourmet or bistro-style cuisine that's so abundant in the region. But here you'll find home-style cooking, which I believe is prepared with passion. The price/quality ratio is excellent, the service is pleasant and quite accommodating as long as you're pleasant (I mention this because of some rather negative reviews about the staff's behavior). Although I'm not a regular, I found this restaurant lived up to our expectations, and that's why I recommend it. For those looking for a restaurant with sophisticated dishes... this isn't the place for you; it's about heartfelt cuisine and friendly, family-style service that's approachable without being intrusive.

11/07/2026: Hirsinger is a local institution, but yesterday I bought two pastries there. Mine was simply past its prime and completely inedible.
It's a shame for such a talented pastry chef. A huge disappointment for the price (€4.80).
The chocolates, however, remain excellent.
Therefore, I strongly advise against buying their pastries.
Perhaps you'll have better luck than we did?
So I'm giving it one star for the price and the major disappointment.
11/07/2026: We had some ice cream, which was good, served by a friendly young woman.
However, when we got to the register, it was a disaster. We were made to wait, and they made unpleasant comments. Keep the kitchen, get rid of the service.

18/12/2025: We went to Restaurant Maison Rosella for my birthday.
It was a very good exclusive experience, with only two guest tables, service extremely well-trained attentive
My husband ordered the menu, and afterwards he had stomach problems and farted very stinky.
At 21:40, the service staff sent us to the salon and then brought us the bill.
I was waiting for the service staff to come by so I could order my next drinks, but they didn't come.
Now, let's talk about the food.
My steak was good, with a taste of the grill and smoke, which I like.
But most of the food missing spirit component and caleter is doesn't"wow", or special touch.
For it price of it.
The drinks were good and the lady who served us that evening was very professional and well trained.
