16/10/2026: An Arbois institution. A typical and welcoming setting. A very pleasant and friendly welcome and service. Delicious and generous dishes. Very reasonable prices. In short, a very good time!
14/10/2026: While on holiday in the Jura region, we were looking for a restaurant serving typical Franche-Comté cuisine (Jura fondue, Morbier cheese, Montbéliard sausage, dishes with Vin Jaune). La Finette (recommended by our landlord) met our expectations. Delicious, generous portions, all at a reasonable price. Well done, keep it up, you're keeping our local traditions alive!

24/05/2026: Dinner tonight was simply excellent from start to finish, without a single flaw, which is rare. The food, wine, and soft drink pairings were perfect, and the staff was very professional and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves; in my opinion, it was excellent value for money.

18/10/2026: Efficient, fast, and very Franche-Comté staff; the cuisine is typically regional, with morel mushroom tart, Vin Jaune sauce, and morels 👨🍳. Just a minor point about the jasmine-peach ice cream in the gourmet coffee. But otherwise, it was fantastic: fast, delicious, and reasonably priced.
03/10/2026: Homemade food with great flavor, delicious and reasonably priced… Friendly service.
I recommend it.

19/10/2026: 11/10 for this restaurant! The food is excellent from appetizer to dessert, the regional menu is delicious, generously portioned, and the service is top-notch!
15/10/2026: A very gourmet restaurant, but unfortunately too noisy. Furthermore, we had to have the fondue forks replaced, as they were only half-washed.

13/08/2026: A pleasant early morning visit to Arbois; we arrived at this restaurant early and were the first ones there. The menu was minimalist, which is a good sign. We chose the set menu. A beautiful, colorful plate, well-cooked meat, and a very nice dessert. Exceptional value for money. Impeccable service. Many other customers arrived after us. Thank you, and best wishes for a long and successful future for your restaurant.

18/12/2025: We went to Restaurant Maison Rosella for my birthday.
It was a very good exclusive experience, with only two guest tables, service extremely well-trained attentive
My husband ordered the menu, and afterwards he had stomach problems and farted very stinky.
At 21:40, the service staff sent us to the salon and then brought us the bill.
I was waiting for the service staff to come by so I could order my next drinks, but they didn't come.
Now, let's talk about the food.
My steak was good, with a taste of the grill and smoke, which I like.
But most of the food missing spirit component and caleter is doesn't"wow", or special touch.
For it price of it.
The drinks were good and the lady who served us that evening was very professional and well trained.
