At 9 am, we were served perfectly and quickly. The menu is really good, there's something for everyone, whether it's burgers or savory crepes... Exquisite.
We were completely won over.

06/07/2025: Passing by the restaurant, we stopped in. The dish was generous, well-prepared, and there was nothing to complain about. There was a children's menu.
A great place, homemade.
04/07/2025: An excellent place! We enjoyed everything from starters to dessert, including their house cocktails and recommended wines. The service was impeccable.

The main course was very good, the dessert was decent, but I was disappointed with the starter.
The portion of the starter was too small.
Overall, the restaurant is good.
13/01/2026: Le Bistrot de la Mer is an excellent restaurant in Mimizan that I highly recommend. I came with my family for my birthday and we had a lovely time. The decor is tasteful, the food is delicious, and the staff is particularly attentive to our needs. Thank you again for your delicious cuisine and warm welcome. ☀️

All the pizzas on the beach are bad or way too expensive, whereas here I really found the pizzeria that suits me, they really have flavor and they don't have minimal toppings like some thieves in the area. In short, I recommend it 1000 times, I get all my pizzas here and the team is really cool. Don't even hesitate, friends
18/08/2025: Very long service at several tables (waiting more than 1 hour). Very very basic burger and overcooked fries. Basic salad with too small chicken skewers. Pizzas are good, however.

27/09/2024: Fatigués du voyage, pas envie de chercher, nous nous sommes assis un peu inquiets au vu des derniers avis.
Eh bien agréablement surpris !
Le bar au four était très bien préparé, La peau croûteuse mais pas cartonnée cachait une chair fondante à souhait pas sèche du tout malgré la cuisson au four.
La pyramide de riz agrémentée de petite quantité de légumes en julienne était gouteuse, les tomates cerises cuites avaient le goût de tomate.
Un dîner léger mais réconfortant.
Nous reviendrons.

Apparemment, d’après le commentaire précédent le serveur en question était « mal luné » ce jour là . Même mésaventure pour nous.
Serveur très excité et pas franchement agréable, a refusé catégoriquement de nous servir des cocktails sous prétexte que cela était l’heure du déjeuner et que dans son « carré » c’est lui qui décidé.
Dommage qu’un salarié fasse fuir des clients presque régulier puisque nous sommes des environs.
Pensez Monsieur le serveur que vous n’avez pas que des touristes en cette période et que vous êtes bien content d’avoir des clients hors période estivale.

18/04/2025: Visited in April and really wanted a mocha latte iced, but they only offer hot at this time. They said only in fall.

Très belle vue sur la plage et très bons petits plats, notamment le tartare de saumon, les frites maison délicieuses tout comme le boubou coco.

05/08/2024: Un super restaurant ! Des apéritifs précisément des mojitos exceptionnels. Les plats sont délicieux et les produits sont frais. Un accueil très chaleureux et des serveurs à l’écoute ! Je vous conseille fortement d’aller y faire un tour. Petit bémol, le service est long mais ça en vaut la peine.
