07/09/2024: In der Altstadt durch Zufall gefunden ( die ruhige Lage passte gut), den letzten Tisch ohne Reservierung bekommen, was für ein Glück wir hatten, zeigte uns das dann spontan genossene Menü. Zwei junge Brüder managen den Service im Familienbetrieb, die Qualität der Küche zeigt die große Erfahrung des Hauses.

It's been a long time since I've had such a good meal in a restaurant.
The food and wine pairings were perfect and served with passion, which changes everything.
For my taste, not a single false note in the balance of the dishes.
Congratulations on a map that changes so frequently.

An essential address for delicious cakes and small dishes in a cozy and kitsch room, or on a pleasant (and shaded) terrace. On the menu this lunch: fresh goat cheese cheesecake/quinoa salad, then a particularly successful pavlova.
Large selection of teas and other drinks.
Very friendly service and always with a smile.
In short, go there with your eyes closed!

09/08/2024: Very nice place to have a drink and enjoy a mini burger. Excellent fries. Small plates for tasting would be welcome! Good concept but a little limiting. I'm not sure I'll go back regularly but I'll be happy to do so when I do.
06/08/2024: Nothing to complain about, great service, very well made cocktails and a varied and qualitative drinks menu. The mini burgers are excellent, they smell homemade, there is something for everyone, and the view of the Loire... 🥰

11/09/2024: Une pièce du Boucher plein de nerfs, je l’ai fait remplacer car elle était un mangeable. Le nouveau morceau était encore pire.
Des prix ajuster en fonction de la clientèle parisienne.
J’ai payé 80 € à deux pour un œuf, maillot, une viande exécrable et deux bières.

28/09/2024: Price-quality is excellent here. From both the food and the wine.
To be completely honest, we thought their sister restaurant 'L'oratoire' was slightly better in terms of quality and service.
Perhaps that was also because we were upstairs. The acoustics here are not very optimal and the light was very sharp and shrill. That was better downstairs.

Repas simples mais frais et de bonne qualité.
08/09/2024: A really lovely French café with friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. We were a little late in the day (around 5pm) for a coffee and treat, so the selection was limited, but we very much enjoyed our coffee, hot chocolate, almond croissant (which was more like a bread pudding) and chocolate caramel fondant. Reasonable price. Despite it being quite busy, the service was fast and friendly. Very reasonably priced. Only thing missing was a bit of whipped cream or chantilly sauce on the desserts, though we didn't even think about it at the time. Maybe you can ask for that separately.

06/09/2024: Restaurant with almost unbeatable value for money, homemade dishes, a choice of very interesting products, the dishes are very well stocked, and have incredible flavors! (I think these are the best chicken spring rolls I have ever tasted).
The service is very good, we had very friendly, organized servers who took care of us, thank you!

17/09/2024: Be careful... We are talking about exceptional cuisine. Simple products. A well decorated plate. A slightly high price but believe me it's well worth it.

A warm atmosphere with cooking over a wood fire, much more in the world of Courtepaille, a perfect welcome, smiling and even throughout the meal, attentive with good advice, cooking as requested, very well balanced in terms of flavor. An establishment that cares about its customers, simply thank you. I will of course come back.
