06/04/2024: Very good dishes, varied and updated regularly. Always received and served with a smile and in a good mood. Restaurant always very clean.

05/04/2024: We came for an all-you-can-eat mussels and fries evening but as the restaurant had not delivered, we opted for a delicious lamb shank with a chef's sauce to die for. In addition, the restaurant offered us desserts since we were disappointed not to have our mussels... We will come back!

23/03/2024: Cozy upstairs room! Very nice atmosphere and general decor. Never disappointed in terms of quality. Several choices on the lunch menu which remains very affordable. Very good value for money.

06/04/2024: It was, before the change, a good address where our group came very regularly. A new team makes it an address to escape! We had reserved for 20 by asking everyone in advance to choose from 2 starters, 2 main courses and 2 desserts and sent the precise order by email. When we arrived, the same menu was imposed for all 20! After negotiations without the slightest excuse, 2 were able to see the fish replaced by 2 pathetic and dried out slices of roast pork placed on the same filthy white butter sauce stuffed with cornstarch as the fish!!! For dessert, a compact chocolate Bavarian which had a house in name only! Red wine from cubi in a carafe that everyone has given up drinking. As an aperitif, a dull kir but a few decent petit fours. Finally, coffee and THE consolation prize: a cup of flavorless sparkling wine. At 30 euros it borders on a scam! We forget these losers who have not admitted any wrongdoing on their part. TO FLEE ...!

26/03/2024: I went to this place with my partner because I thought it was very nice. When we went to pay we suffered very xenophobic comments from the waiter (a man with glasses) while he laughed at us claiming that we Spaniards don't have money. All this for wanting to pay by card... He has refused to speak to us in English or any other language, because according to him, being in France we are the ones who should speak it. We have left in the most polite way possible, but I write this comment in Spanish and let it take life to understand it.

Thank you for being here ! Patricia Small coffees or hot chocolate almost daily. Sometimes the dish of the day is always excellent. But ABOVE ALL, great kindness from the owners in an original, clean and warm decor. A small corner reserved for the sale of cigarettes, good wines and some regional products. And the icing on the cake: a half-shaded, half-sunny terrace at the top of the Denis Papin steps overlooking the roofs of the old town, and in the background the castle, in the historic district of Blois. Good choice of varied beers to enjoy on the terrace in fine weather. Patricia and Patrice.
