04/10/2023: Excellent ice cream parlor!!! My favorite perfume is undoubtedly nuts, it's killer! But the waffles and pancakes are also to die for! I particularly thank Maxime who shows advice and patience while I choose each time! Plus he's super nice to my kids. I recommend 300%!

13/05/2024: We went to dinner at Bistronomi’k 2 evenings in 4 days and we loved it. The servers are very kind and welcoming, the food is excellent for unbeatable value for money! The best of Pornic. There are quite a few choices for the Starter + Main Course + Dessert menu for less than €30 and everything is very good and made with quality products. We will come back to it! Thanks again to the whole team for the welcome :)

This restaurant truly stands out for its inventive approach to cuisine, blending traditional French techniques with Asian flavors in a way that is both surprising and delightful. The menu was carefully though of and is seafood-heavy (which I consider a plus!). Each plate was a work of art, with vibrant colors and textures that promised—and delivered—exceptional taste. The ambiance of Pickles is just as noteworthy. Its modern interior creates a perfect backdrop for a meal that feels both sophisticated and relaxed. What impressed me most was the price point. This place serves Michelin-level food and service without the air of snobbery. The staff were amazing and added to the experience with their warmth and professionalism, making us feel well looked after throughout our entire dining experience. Pickles is a must-visit in Nantes for anyone looking to enjoy innovative dining in a welcoming environment. An absolute degustation experience that leaves you eager to return back for more.

26/03/2024: Peking duck: emblematic dish of Chinese cuisine, but more than a dish, it is a culture. We're going to eat a Peking duck like we're going to mass. First there is the search: it is not easy to find a chef who dares to prepare it. Then there is the wait, preparation every 2 months. You have to be on the lookout, only the first 35 will be elected. Monitor the publication of the event, reserve your place, organize the trip. Then comes the day, a Sunday, mass is said at 1 p.m., Palm Sunday. Everyone arrives for the ceremony, which will last over 3 hours. When it takes more than 3 days to prepare a Peking duck, it takes 3 hours to taste it, served in 3 ways. Each chef will serve you this dish according to his story, a part of his life emerges. The chef's Peking duck, Monsieur Wo, deserves 5 stars. A quick tour of the website, run by Yves, will tell you more about the restaurant. Small clarification: the Phó, Bun thang with Peking duck is a delight. I first taste the ingredients with the chopsticks and all that remains is to enjoy the soup with a spoon.

25/03/2024: Great experience during our visit to the Nantes region. We went there without much conviction, by chance and we were very, very pleasantly surprised by the value for money. So it's certain, the setting of the restaurant is a little confusing and in its own right but the welcome is pleasant and most important, what you will have to eat there and hats off the plates are copious and well prepared, in our case it was really very good, the 3 vegetables accompanying our sea bass fillet were perfectly well made and in 4 variations, Puree, chips, whole and emulsion, the sea bass skin chips were a first. For dessert, homemade lemon/banana tart, unique! I really recommend this table, because from the starter to the dessert everything was perfect......thanks to the chef and the owner. A small village restaurant but which has conquered a must do in Coueron...
