01/04/2024: Very nice surprise for this restaurant. Warm welcome and light and succulent flamekueches, just like in Strasbourg. Beautiful Alsatian wine list. Excellent value for money. A very good address in Saint-Etienne!
22/03/2024: I didn't try their cuisine because we were in a meeting in this brand, but for the beers it's top notch for the choices very targeted on Alsace, lots of explanations from the staff on their products.

The chalet atmosphere of the restaurant is totally successful and immerses us directly in the heart of the Alps!
The quality of the products needs no introduction, whether in terms of fondues or raclettes, all the dishes are generous.
The quality/price and quantity/price ratios are very correct and will delight the taste buds of everyone, young and old.
In terms of service, it is impeccable: fast, clean and with a smile!
Be careful, however, to make a reservation, the restaurant is very full in the evenings!
