24/09/2024: Would not waste time or effort to visit this place. Website indicated open til 3pm. Cycled from Orleans and arrived at 1:30. Waiter attempted to seat us, owner/boss came was extremely rude claiming they were full , with least 5 tables by the canal and both at the door empty. No attempt to just offer drinks, just blew us off. With other similar poor reviews read since, glad we cycled back to Orleans to La Concurrence by the river. Owner was happy to seat us even though it was 2:30 with a 3pm closing time.

17/08/2024: Ruins the Grenoble tourism map. Passing through family, this young dark-haired guy with short hair makes us want to prefer the anonymous service on the highways. It is not possible to enjoy the Loire around a Café on Place Leclerc. Disappointed

08/09/2024: I went to eat there for the first time. Correct service, stressed but joking servers. The toilets are small, one PMR and one mixed. No soap, no hot water in WC ♿️ Otherwise nothing exceptional apart from the view of the Place du Martroi.

30/08/2024: This restaurant was recommended by my hotel and I must say it was not a good recommendation. The food was all mediocre. It’s in a nice area where the statue of Joan of ark is but other than that that’s about the extent of it. I had the 29.90€ two course dinner which was very small portions. The best thing I had was Barata cheese. The sea bream was as small as it can get and not very tasty. The snails were good. The meat dish was small and tough indoor outdoor seating. The waiter was just OK. He couldn’t really speak English. Very slow service They do have English menus so that was helpful. This would not be high on my recommendation list.

26/08/2024: We stopped for a few seconds without turning off the engine to change drivers in the empty parking lot where the barrier was open and the boss came back faster than the plague to give us a cold "what are you doing here? You don't Don’t you see it’s closed?” So no, it wasn't closed and then thank you for your outstanding hospitality. This does not make you want to stop, or even change drivers safely, heavy goods vehicle or not. You might as well risk getting rolled over further, it will be more pleasant.

07/08/2024: A fuir absolument. Le steak tartare c'est juste de la viande haché pas préparé. Les frites congelé. Rien n'est maison sauf le prix . Les boissons ne sont pas comprises dans le menu pourtant elle vous le propose comme si ... vivement de nouveau propriétaire

We had to pay more than expected, otherwise we were out with our two month old…. In the morning, we were poorly received by the hostess….. We are waiting for news from management…..

07/09/2024: Excellente adresse, accueil sympathique et professionnel, cadre chaleureux et repas excellent. Nous avons mangé dans ce restaurant pour mon anniversaire et c’était un choix parfait. Je recommande ce restaurant sans hésitation.

20/08/2024: L’ultima cena di una bellissima vacanza in Franci che ci ha portato da Brouges alla Normandia, Bretagna e ora la regione della Loira. Una degna chiusura! Il ristorante è bello, arredato con gusto e ha come punto di forza l’offerta che varia giornalmente a seconda di quello che è disponibile sul mercato e quello che lo chef vuole preparare. Io e la mia compagna abbiamo preso entrambi un tataki di tonno con guacamole, dove il tonno era davvero perfetto. Abbiamo poi proseguito con un eccellente San Pietro al curry e cocco con zucchine, melanzane e riso. Nulla da dire: nel complesso buon piatto, ma come spesso capita nella cucina francese, il protagonista, in questo caso il San Pietro, scompariva un po’ tra i sapori. Ci vorrebbe meno quando si è di fronte a una materia prima di ottimo livello che andrebbe solo esaltata bei suoi sapori. A chiudere mi sono concesso un tris di formaggi composto da Comte, Chevre e Pont-L’Eveque. Buoni Serata ben accompagnata da un Pouilly Fumè di BOUCHIE-CHATELLIER. Servizio rapido, anche se potrebbe fare qualche sforzo in più per parlare inglese.

25/09/2024: Zero service a shame 15 minutes of waiting and a waitress serves the people behind me because she knows them I say nothing. In the end another waitress asks me what I want I tell her two pains au chocolat two croissants and two cans in the end I end up with four croissants, three pains au chocolat My two cans I pay 11 balls and when I discover what In the bag I found myself with crushed croissants and burnt pain au chocolat. I won't set foot there again. I advise you to simply do the same shame.

23/08/2024: I really like your establishment, it just has one little thing that annoys me and I wouldn't want it to harm you. I found that the cutlery wasn't too clean. I suspect it might come from the overloaded dishwasher. be, but for the customer it is not pleasant. I apologize but I always say what I think, Apart from that Flunch and very good. Sp Tiramisu too bland the biscuit tasted like water.

22/08/2024: Very Disappointed: there were 3 of us: -2 tenders on the plate is not enough for a teenager...!!!! -Choice of a dish with chicken sauce, 2 drumsticks on the plate, once the skin is removed, no risk of choking...!!! -The only correct dish, the tuna steak (obviously it is not the same price as the other two dishes) Honestly, Flunch is ideal for a diet!!!
