The food is super good and Jacqueline gave us very good advice.
Restaurant not to be missed, if you go to Sully sur Loire.

We serve you good family cuisine, just like at home. The dishes are tasty, the quality products and the wines are excellent. Nothing is left to chance and even the dog was entitled to his bowl of water, without asking. True professionals at a time when we are looking for them in this profession.
This establishment is a safe bet to recommend, a stone's throw from the Cathedral!

05/04/2024: It’s a gem in small village ! Especially when you are on the road trip from south west of France to Dinant Belgium it will be a great place to stop and spend one or two days to explore Tavers and neighboring villages.
The reception was great and amical. The staff named Mrs Dea Cezac that served us breakfast was very charming and had helpful attitude. It was really nice experience to stay in this hotel. (We stayed one night on 31st of March 2024).
I will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to explore center of France.

Hélène and François graciously hosted us in their charming Logis Hôtel at the heart of the Loire Valley, offering recommendations for enchanting châteaus, delectable wines, diverse cuisines, and captivating cities to explore. Nestled by the warm fireplace, we enjoyed light evening refreshments, gentle melodies from the record player, and engaging conversations. Breakfast was a delicious affair with François' delectable homemade pain au chocolat, brioche bread, and flavourful jams. The room was spacious, the bed exceptionally comfortable, and the morning view simply picturesque. Without reservation, we wholeheartedly recommend la Tonnellerie and eagerly hope to return soon.

09/03/2024: Nothing beats French brioche, so soft and golden, which melts in the mouth and warms the heart. And to accompany it, what could be better than a creamy and tasty ice cream, which combines the sweetness of vanilla and the crunch of salted butter caramel? It is a delight, a marvel, an explosion of flavors. I enjoy myself, I delight, I rejoice.

The brunette waitress....how can I put it...very forced smile...what a shame...unlike the little blonde where the smile is natural....too bad we didn't only have this charming young woman for the service....yes everything is fine for me! But obviously you don't accept comments yet despite everything I gave you a 5... have you seen it? And for you everything is fine ??????? I would not be constructive, I would take away your stars for the lack of know-how that you have just demonstrated! Comments allow us to move forward!

The service is long. But it's very good. I recommend.
14/04/2024: A lot of heated frozen products (? confit pork chuck, new potatoes?) or just vacuum-packed (eggs, thinly sliced chicken in Mexican salad) it seems to me. It seemed better to me a few years ago with more fresh produce. I'm disappointed.

What happiness!
Coming from Paris, we did not regret the trip.
Everything is superb!
The calming, friendly, warm and very pretty setting.
The staff at the top: Lucas, Anais, Keren adorable, smiling, efficient.
The divine cuisine from start to finish, we still have unforgettable flavors in our mouths.
Congratulations also to the chef, a master!
In short, a restaurant engraved in our memories and for sure we will return there, despite the miles, just for the pleasure of living this magnificent experience once again.
Congratulations to all of you and see you soon.
