27/02/2026: Retro atmosphere and lots of fun. Great for kids and adults alike. Homemade food at affordable prices. Small menu that changes regularly. We loved it. Very friendly and fast service. Highly recommended!

16/08/2026: It's a shame, we had dinner and ordered the "Inspiration" menu. The tuna maki was bland, as was the eggplant that followed (tasteless tomatoes and a severe lack of seasoning throughout). The aioli: one piece of fish arrived raw inside, and the mayonnaise (aioli) was runny and didn't hold its shape... Yet it's supposed to be THE sauce to enjoy with fish and accompanying vegetables. Only the dessert was reasonably well done (mille-feuille), although once again we were disappointed by the vanilla cream, which didn't taste like vanilla at all. On the other hand, the biscuit was perfectly baked. The fig sorbet was very good.

31/07/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful evening at Lift for a table of eight. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival, which is always much appreciated. The service was impeccable: a smiling, attentive, and professional team. Every dish we tasted was absolutely delicious, made with high-quality ingredients and beautifully presented. This wasn't our first visit, and it certainly won't be our last! A big thank you to the entire team for your warm welcome and kindness. It's truly a pleasure these days to be so well received and to enjoy a wonderful evening on the terrace. See you soon!

09/08/2026: Very disappointing. Almost all the dishes included in the set menu had extra charges. The fries were soggy, and the chicken skewer was tasteless. As for the Peach Melba, which also had an extra charge, it consisted of canned peaches in syrup and ice cream—we had asked for no whipped cream! Far too expensive for the poor quality of what was served. A very bad experience; one expects much better from a restaurant.

24/07/2026: A very disappointing experience at La Petite Folie Unfortunately, I cannot recommend a visit to this restaurant. I ordered a "well-done" steak. Since it was served medium-rare, I asked for a well-done steak – the waitress (apparently the owner) reacted rudely and dismissively ("charred") and then brought a completely burnt steak to the table. My son's hamburger was also inedible. Despite these two disappointing dishes, we had to pay full price – without any gesture of goodwill or apology. The employee's tone was aggressive and provocative. It felt like she was doing us a favor by simply letting us sit down – there was no sign of hospitality whatsoever. For me, it's clear: I will not be returning, and I can only advise against this place.

20/07/2026: We ate here twice. The food was delicious: months ago, the lamb shank was exceptional, and recently, the duck breast was excellent. For dessert, the brioche French toast was equally delicious, although the price was high for this type of dessert. A great find. The only downside is the proximity of the restrooms for the tables at the back. When you're eating there, you can see the frequent comings and goings of other customers and the inside of the restrooms...tables near the entrance and outside are better for enjoying the dishes at this small restaurant.

29/05/2026: I came in for a drink. They told me they weren't serving anymore while we were seated on the terrace. People arrived after us, and strangely enough, since they were lawyers, they were served without any problem. I didn't realize you needed a certain social status to be served in a bar. I'll never set foot in there again.

15/08/2026: A very beautiful setting, perfect for a relaxing break. The new furniture is much nicer than the previous kind. There are several types of tables to choose from, so you can find the perfect spot depending on your preference. The staff is friendly. The drinks are very standard, nothing exceptional. As for the restaurant itself, depending on the dish, the cooking and balance of the ingredients can sometimes be lacking. Finally, for the price, one would expect more skill and attention to detail. But overall, it's acceptable.

15/08/2026: Great on the boat, terrace over the water. The menu didn't appeal much at first, but the dishes were surprisingly tasty. Really top-notch. Gazpacho amazing, the fish sublime.

28/06/2026: The owner is a bit gruff. Don't even think about moving the tables on the terrace; it's all meticulously planned, calculated to maximize profits. Once you've ordered, you're oblivious, except when it's time to leave. They treat you like you're the only one who feels they care. A shame.

25/08/2026: Do we really have to be served by a Portuguese man with a thick accent who doesn't hesitate to fart while taking our order? Even if he's wearing a wig, he's still got some nerve… And to top it all off, the height of incompetence and bad taste: they charge you for individual portions of salted butter. The portions on the plates are way too small! This is a far cry from the institution once made famous by the Herta brothers!

21/08/2026: Restaurant very well located on Place du Martroi. It's a shame that for a platter there's too much salad to fill the portion and very little of the actual ingredients. But oh well, that must be a trick 😉. A big thumbs down for the bread people leave behind... No, they don't recycle it for others, they just throw it away. That's really unacceptable. Bring your own bread; it'll be cleaner. The service is very good. A little anecdote: a woman next to me asked if she could pay for her three coffees with holiday vouchers, and another woman nearby was talking on her phone—bad luck, it was on speakerphone.

23/07/2026: A real gem! The welcome was warm and friendly. The products are of excellent quality, the dishes are generous, delicious, and very well prepared. We will gladly return.

04/06/2026: We came every week during our 9-month banking training and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves each time. The owners are more than just business-minded; they're very kind and the prices are more than reasonable. I highly recommend it!
