16/05/2026: The restaurant is obviously very nice thanks to its vintage decor; the place's biggest plus. However, the service was quite slow, and the waitress seemed eager to leave towards the end, even though we had taken our order after 25 minutes. My salmon tartare was made with unripe avocado, which was a huge disappointment. When I mentioned it to the waitress, she replied, "Sorry." No, the appropriate response would have been, "I'll report it to the kitchen, and I'll offer you a free coffee/something to make up for it." Having a great concept isn't everything; the waitresses and waitresses are the heart and soul of the place. If they don't keep the business running smoothly, it won't work. Our son loved spending his time reading old comics, and I'll cherish that memory for my family. But as for the "home-style cooking" aspect, there's still a bit of heart to be put into it. 😉

05/05/2026: Excellent option in Orleans. The lunch menu is very good and affordable (formule midi) at 22 euros on May 26th. Delicious dishes. It includes a starter, main course, and dessert.

22/04/2026: We booked for four people. In the past, we've generally received a friendly welcome, with our coats taken, etc. Yesterday, nothing, not even a smile! To top it all off, the portions were tiny, completely out of proportion to the price (we ordered à la carte), and to make matters worse, the coffee was served at the same time as the salad! Unacceptable for a restaurant that's supposed to be good quality! There weren't even any petits fours to accompany the coffee...

22/04/2026: Excellent dinner at an unbeatable price: amuse-bouche, starter, main course, cheese, dessert, and petits fours for... €41!!! Gourmet and original cuisine—oh, that cream puff with tomato pissalat as a starter! A delight! We'll be back.

17/05/2026: We had a fantastic time at Le Bureau, the welcome was truly excellent, and it was so kind of you to accept us with our little dog. Thank you again for your kindness, and the burgers were absolutely delicious! We look forward to seeing you again.

17/05/2026: Extremely disappointing. I can't give it zero stars because it's impossible. We waited an hour and still hadn't received our food: a Caesar salad and a Welsh rarebit. The waiter didn't even glance at us, offered no explanation for the long wait, and despite all that, we were still charged without a word of apology. Avoid this place at all costs; it's the worst restaurant ever.

18/01/2026: Long waits during the week, 40 minutes for a plate of pâté and a Montbéliard salad; some people left without having dessert. A victim of their own success in terms of both the quality and price of the food, I suppose. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and the food was good quality.

22/11/2025: Fantastic brasserie! Top-notch welcome! Perfect service 👍 Typical brasserie atmosphere… Beaujolais Nouveau, daily specials, and conversations with the next table! The owner is present and genuinely cares about offering a good, homemade, and affordable meal! Nothing to complain about except one thing: remember to book!

24/04/2026: We opted for the tasting menu, and what a marvel it was! The starters, main courses, and desserts were wonderful, both in taste and presentation—a true journey for the palate, and what inspiration the chef displayed! It was a resounding success, a marvelous evening in a restaurant nestled in a charming 15th-century building, with a delightful waitress… you won't be disappointed!

05/04/2026: Dinner on March 28, 2026, which definitely doesn't justify €40. For starters: 2 prawns in sauce. The duck was barely cooked. When I asked for it to be cooked longer, the staff replied: "No, it's cooked like that, at a low temperature." It was served only with a very small portion of sweet potatoes. The veal was also barely cooked. For dessert, half a poached pear on pieces of kiwi with a few chocolate shavings. Very disappointed!

21/04/2026: A delightful discovery! This restaurant boasts authentic and welcoming charm. The welcome is warm, simple, and genuine, without any pretension or fuss. The dining room, with its parquet floor and tables carefully set with tablecloths and cloth napkins, exudes a perfectly warm and elegant atmosphere. The menu is concise and well-thought-out, offering approximately four or five choices of starters, main courses, and desserts, all available as a set menu for €18.50, which represents excellent value for money. A great place to remember for a lunch break or dinner with friends.

25/11/2025: A wonderful stopover. A traditional French restaurant, quick, clean, and high quality. Special mention for the venison Parmentier and the gravlax. Bravo.

14/03/2026: No, but excuse me!... Pastries with a capital P! I'm a huge pastry lover, and in Orléans, these are the best, without a doubt!! Incredible, well done!

14/03/2026: A superb tea room where we often come for afternoon tea on Saturdays. The cakes are extraordinary. The best lemon tart I've ever eaten. Everything is excellent, a true pastry shop, the likes of which are becoming rare. My favorites are the squirrel, the Paris-Brest, and of course, the lemon tart.
