04/08/2026: No one was allowed to have a drink in the square while waiting for their reserved table because otherwise they'd get too many customers. The staff were friendly but overwhelmed, and the meal cost €27 per person. We ordered it pink and rare. We ate shoe leather, asked for a change, and it was even worse. No gesture of goodwill or even a digestif. Being in the restaurant business, I can say the place is really nice but lacks marketing and organization. Yes, yes, it's your place, pay at the hotel on the day of departure. The duck is €27.

03/08/2026: I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant, both the food and the professionalism of the staff. A big thank you also to the Chef who accommodated my requests (without this, without that, etc.)! I particularly recommend the creamy dessert for those with a sweet tooth…

23/07/2026: I do not recommend this establishment due to the poor service. We had reserved a table for two by phone. Upon arrival, we couldn't find the reservation (unfortunately, this can happen), but we were still seated on the terrace by a very friendly waitress. A few minutes later, the manager rudely asked us to move inside because we hadn't made a reservation before leaving to prepare a new table for other customers who had also made a reservation. I approached to ask if we should leave so as not to disrupt the service. Unfortunately, the manager wouldn't let me speak and reprimanded me for not making a reservation in a rather irritated tone. So we left the table and went to a much better establishment. We will never set foot in this place again.

17/07/2026: A superb little gem in Fontevraud. We were captivated from the moment we entered the restaurant: the tables are beautifully set with Limoges porcelain plates, the decor is elegant, and the atmosphere is hushed. The value for money is excellent. The dishes are sophisticated, inventive, and delicious. Truly a wonderful discovery!

10/07/2026: Dinner with my wife. A lovely evening, as usual, with beautifully presented, original dishes bursting with flavor. The only slight disappointment was the dessert, which wasn't up to par. Nice wine list. Well done!

30/06/2026: Food good, definitely worth a star. Beautiful monastery garden; we sat at a table outside with a view of the quiet garden. Very quiet there, didn't hear any music. Super relaxing. Parking far away, had to walk kilometers because a gate was broken. For those who like a monastery atmosphere, definitely recommended. If you want something lively, then it's not cozy.
