04/08/2026: No one was allowed to have a drink in the square while waiting for their reserved table because otherwise they'd get too many customers. The staff were friendly but overwhelmed, and the meal cost €27 per person. We ordered it pink and rare. We ate shoe leather, asked for a change, and it was even worse. No gesture of goodwill or even a digestif. Being in the restaurant business, I can say the place is really nice but lacks marketing and organization. Yes, yes, it's your place, pay at the hotel on the day of departure. The duck is €27.

03/08/2026: I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant, both the food and the professionalism of the staff. A big thank you also to the Chef who accommodated my requests (without this, without that, etc.)! I particularly recommend the creamy dessert for those with a sweet tooth…

23/08/2026: Exceptional meal with impeccable service.

18/08/2026: We had lunch facing a fire extinguisher! We had booked for six people at least two months ago. The table we were assigned upon arrival was right next to the restaurant entrance, a thoroughfare. Three of us had a view of a wall with a fire extinguisher and evacuation plan, while the other three could still glimpse the cloister garden. We asked if it would be possible to have a more pleasant seat to better appreciate the sumptuous setting. This wasn't possible. A huge disappointment. The kindness of the staff cheered us up a little. A special mention goes to head sommelier Aurélien Usal: his choices and explanations for the "Essential Emotion" wine pairing were remarkable. The meal itself was delicious. All that remained was the frustration and sadness of not being able to fully appreciate the beauty of the place. The view of the fire extinguisher and the evacuation plan shattered the magic of lunch at a Michelin-starred restaurant...
