19/08/2026: Extraordinary. Everything is perfect. The warm welcome, the friendly and attentive staff. The delicious, unique cuisine, beautifully presented, and generous without being excessive. Truly gourmet. ❤️ The breathtaking view of the river and its two locks, not to mention the impressively high road bridge. All this at a super attractive price.

29/08/2026: A well-known restaurant in the city center offering excellent traditional French cuisine, as inventive and generous as it is delicious, and all at prices that have remained reasonable over time. The service remains courteous and efficient, but it did become rather pushy during our last visit when it came to seating us. Seeing our hesitation, the owner spontaneously directed us to a table for two (understandable, as there were only two of us), but it was near the bar (a bit noisy) and in semi-darkness. We perhaps should have mentioned it, but we would have preferred to be near the large windows, where several tables were available at the time we arrived (around noon sharp). So, if we could be seated in the light rather than the shadows next time, and with a smile when paying, that would be perfect!

27/07/2026: We entrusted Le Relais catering for our daughter's wedding cocktail reception and dinner on July 18, 2026. Everything was perfect, from the first meeting with Samantha to the end of their service. Particular attention was paid to the layout and presentation of the buffets (cocktail and dessert). An incredible team, led with great enthusiasm by Catherine, our maître d'hôtel for the big day! The team was very efficient while remaining extremely friendly. We never lacked anything; the servers continuously offered food and drinks. The dinner was excellent, perfectly cooked, and the timing was exactly as planned! (The bride and groom wanted a quick dinner so they could start dancing relatively early!). It's so reassuring to have such professionals by our side when organizing such an event! A thousand thanks again, Samantha, and to your entire team! You greatly contributed to the success of this magnificent day! We received nothing but compliments! I will not hesitate to recommend you to our friends and family, and to contact you again if needed.

10/08/2026: Opened in late 2025, the welcome was warm, the appetizer buffet was perfect with a wide selection and very fresh, the main courses were excellent, and there were also several dessert options, all homemade. Clean restrooms with a shower. I recommend it.

The ingredients were high quality, the culinary combinations were beautiful, and above all, the wine list offered a wide variety of wines recommended by a very friendly and knowledgeable sommelier. The ambiance could be warmer, but everything else more than makes up for it.

17/08/2026: Excellent welcome. The cuisine is authentic and delicious. Grandma's recipes are featured, and garden produce is cooked with common sense and creativity. The presentation of the dishes is inviting and makes you want to taste everything. Very affordable prices. Bravo and thank you for this refreshing oasis.

08/08/2026: I met with a friend here the other day, having been here to meet them once before a few years ago. Things had changed, everything is now buffet other than drinks. The food wasn't too bad and a nice selection. However that evening we did both have upset stomachs 🤷‍♂️

20/08/2026: Very disappointing. The restaurant refused us entry because we had our little Havanese. Refusing pets is understandable, but refusing them on the terrace when there was plenty of space is very disappointing. As a result, we had lunch on the terrace at Mekong with a warm welcome, an excellent meal, and our very well-behaved little Havanese at our feet, as usual.
