Tables proportionate to the clientele. Pleasant welcome, perfect service. Out of the ordinary dishes for unbeatable value for money.
Affordable wine list.
I really enjoyed the al dente asparagus as a starter and the sea bream fillet as a main course.
Note the career of the chef who settled in our beautiful region.

At least we go to a restaurant to eat something other than at home

The waitress brought us the starter even though we hadn't finished the appetizer. Service too fast.

25/03/2024: Very nice place, beams, exposed stones, facing a water point.
We had a large table on Thursday lunchtime, the service was rather quick, the dishes were copious with good products.
Be careful, however, with the billing: I had a starter, main course and dessert (19€) and I took a glass of Uby num4 for a total of 26€, or 7€ for a glass of white 🤨

22/03/2024: Overnight stay from March 21 to 22, 2024.. Great welcome from the boss.. nickel room.. Italian shower bathroom.. comfortable bedding.. TV Canal + cinema series... and the breakfast buffet, a treat, what's more, it's a buffet from 5: 00 in the morning..Frankly I recommend….

03/04/2024: To discover absolutely to have a pleasant time. In decoration, lots of objects from the past and the chance to have a fireplace when we came. The dishes are excellent with seasonal products. Widely sufficient choice and very well presented plates. Warm and very friendly welcome. Preferably, reserve a table in advance. We will come back with pleasure.
26/02/2024: Working in Craon, the Grenier à Popote is a place not to be missed! It's our little pleasure. We regularly take takeaway due to lack of break time, and we are never disappointed!
There is something for every taste. The meals are plentiful and excellent. The soups take us back to our childhood and the fish with white butter is killer.
If you eat there, you will also be amazed. It's worth the detour !

30/03/2024: The welcome is friendly, the team and especially the boss are adorable. Big downside the rather average food. Good terrine as a starter but all the other dishes oscillated between meh and really meh meh.
