19/09/2024: A fuir !!!! Passez votre chemin, quiche immangeable servie froide aucune saveur, de l’industriel congelé. Une poignée de salade servie n’importe Comment. Vue l’ ampleur du désastre nous n’avons pas testé les déserts. Problème d’ hygiène, nous avons tous été malades. Patron très désagréable!

26/11/2024: A big thank you to Mr. Claude and his team for this unforgettable evening, we celebrated our wedding in this wonderful place, a superb room, we had an excellent evening, from the aperitif, buffet, to the desserts, nothing to complain about, everything was perfect, thank you for these magnificent desserts, we didn't expect it, it was so beautiful, Monsieur Claude was able to listen to us and meet our expectations, thank you to DJ Olivier, who gave us a superb evening, THANK YOU Alexandra and Eddy

13/11/2024: My wedding reception venue. The experience did not live up to the dream sold by the manager. The food was good and the service was OK (still lacking in smiles). Otherwise quite a disappointment. The standing tables were not installed despite no rain forecast. However, they were included in the price paid... the guests had to hold their glass without being able to put it down during the reception with only 2 glasses. The quantity of alcohol per person was not respected due to the manager's mistake during the appointment according to him.. on the sound side, Sylvain is announced as an incredible DJ, go your way.. too much light in the room for dancing, unsuitable .. finally, if you bring your champagne, ask for the corks. No proof of having opened so many bottles otherwise... Relatively disappointed. Organization that leaves a bitter taste. And plan to catch up elsewhere for our 10th wedding anniversary! Details which fortunately go unnoticed by all the guests but which are important for the bride and groom when they know what had been concluded. Summary for eating at the restaurant yes, for the wedding no!

25/08/2024: Good experience overall. Top notch staff. Comfortable and well insulated room, small downside for the shower which is very small. On the other hand, the neighborhood is really not very reassuring, especially as a woman. Don't come alone ladies. The metro is right at the entrance to the hotel but is very poorly used. I was not reassured fortunately I was accompanied Thank you anyway to the managers and staff who are adorable

13/08/2024: Decent room, really small bathroom but that was expected! Decent cleanliness too. Really cool breakfast and great service. Regarding the location, nothing to worry about: a few young people nearby who stay in groups, nothing crazy when you're used to lively places :-)

25/08/2024: We spent one night in this quiet hotel located near various restaurants. Clean and functional room. Nickel bathroom. Small downside: the mattress would need to be changed although that did not prevent us from having a good night's sleep. Small problem with the air conditioning, it is high time to change the box to turn on and regulate the air conditioning (completely broken), we had to use a pen to access the "on-off" buttons. Breakfast with quite a few choices. Very friendly staff.

03/08/2024: Old worn 'motel'. The rooms are well used. It was fairly clean, but there were lots of insects in the ceiling. The toilet does not work optimally, the shower could not be raised to another child's height as the hose was too short. No air conditioning, which made the rooms uncomfortably hot. The place is serviceable, but don't expect high quality. My recommendation, find somewhere else.

13/07/2024: Nous avons récemment visité un restaurant sympathique où nous espérions passer une soirée agréable. Malheureusement, le service était un peu trop pressant. Le serveur était constamment derrière nous pendant tout le dîner, au point de nous enlever la bouteille et le verre avant même que nous ayons fini nos boissons. Si vous voulez profiter du moment, attention, il faudra le faire rapidement !

29/06/2024: Ambiance très sympa. Personnel jeune mais tres professionnel et efficace Plats et desserts très bons. Je recommande.

11/05/2024: Personnel pressé de finir sa journée, débarrassant les tables inoccupées,à 22h15,gênant les clients attablés. Une serveuse a même piqué une crise car ses collègues ne l aidaient pas.Les serveurs balayaient la terrasse et sous les tables occupées. Si vous voulez finir tôt, ne recevez plus de clients après 20h mais laissez nous profiter du lieu sereinement. Manque de professionnalisme et de respect vis à vis des clients. A fuir!

06/08/2024: We kwamen voor een ontbijt. Mooie uitgebreide kaart maar er was enkel een broodje en croissants te krijgen... werd op een onvriendelijke manier medegedeeld...

13/07/2024: Het menu ziet er veelbelovend. Het eten voldoet echter helemaal niet aan de verwachtingen, vooral voor deze prijs. Spijtig!

18/11/2024: Wir waren 7 Personen.Der Maitre d Hotel hatte mir gesagt ich mache ihnen einen schönen Tisch.Ich bin enttäuscht gewesen der Raum war kühl keine Blumen oder Deko nur Servietten und menukarten Das Essen war sehr gut tolle Gerichte aber die warmen Speise waren lauwarm sehr schade.Es war trotzdem einen schönen Abend aber nicht so perfekt wie ich es erhofft hatte.

09/11/2024: Hôtel situé dans le vieux Lille, superbe, de même que la salle du restaurant, au ton boisé. Notre choix s'est porté sur le menu Harmonie du soir : menu plutôt bien équilibré, nos allergies avaient été anticipées. Cuisine de très bonne facture, quoique les sauces (hollandaise du poisson) et jus / bouillon (des cèpes) étaient fades ou trop aqueuse. Petit bémol. Le plus gros bémol vient du service, surtout dans un restaurant de ce standing. Le sommelier est inexistant, sans doute trop habitué à servir des accords mets et vins. J'ai même du réclamer le livre de cave pour pouvoir choisir mon vin (un superbe Volnay 1er cru les caillerets, au passage), sans être conseillé... On sentait que le personnel voulait finit vite le service (et pourtant nous n'étions pas les derniers) car nos 2 desserts nous ont été amenés en même temps, suivi des mignardises 2 min après... Vraiment dommage.

01/09/2024: Nice decoration and atmosphere. On the other hand, 0/5 for the quality of the dishes. It's clearly not worth the price. A Caesar salad served without Caesar sauce, an iced tea served in front of you at the bar with a big container that doesn't tempt you, an extremely bland avocado toast. Thanks to the boss for being understanding, the Caesar salad was not included on the bill.

31/08/2024: Located just opposite the Grand'Place, ARA has a very beautiful decoration. Fast and very pleasant service 🥰 Wide choice of drinks such as smoothies etc. But dishes can be improved - Poke a little bland, you don't feel enough of the sauce on the vegetables and be careful the prices are quite high (17 euros per Poke / 5 euros per drink) But place for a very very nice coffee ☕️🥰

17/06/2024: La serveuse petite brune souriante et efficace Celle du soir blonde est à la rue , elle vient 3 fois pour rien mes 3 plombes à envoyer les plats . Je viens 2 fois par semaine depuis 1 mois , très compliqué, elle est paumé complet plus d1 heure et demi 2heures pour manger…. C’est dommage le lieu est fort sympathique et le personnel fort agréable !!!!
