09/09/2024: Un peu décevant vu les avis, c’est un peu cher, les mets sont bons, le pied de porc peu copieux… peut être aurais je du le prendre avec des frites. Petite déconvenue dont je ne parlerais pas. Le service est correct. Manque un petit peu de sourire 🙂 à part pour les habitués, mais bon le cadre est très sympa. Je reviendrai certainement tester un plat moins spécifique pour me faire un avis plus juste car les produits sont qualitatifs…

07/09/2024: Une bonne assiette dans un cadre sympa avec un service détendu, mais quel dommage que la carte des vins soit aussi peu variée (surtout Bordeaux et Bourgogne) et tellement trop chère !! Pas étonnant que les autres tables prennent de la bière, et c'est dommage avec des plats de cochon : le vin du mois démarre à 40€, et vous ne trouverez pas grand chose moins cher (35€ mini), la plupart des vins au-delà de 50€, voir 100€, 300€... c'est totalement incohérent avec l'endroit, la carte, le service...et le patron s'en "cogne" totalement quand on le lui fait remarquer. C'est dommage, cela gâche le plaisir de l'assiette et du moment. Nous ne le conseillons donc pas.

23/09/2024: Le personel est très accueillant les spécialités locales y sont proposés j y ai passé un agréable moment J y ai découvert la carbonade flamande Malgré une arrivée tardive j ai ete très bien accueilli

19/09/2024: A fuir !!!! Passez votre chemin, quiche immangeable servie froide aucune saveur, de l’industriel congelé. Une poignée de salade servie n’importe Comment. Vue l’ ampleur du désastre nous n’avons pas testé les déserts. Problème d’ hygiène, nous avons tous été malades. Patron très désagréable!

20/07/2024: We love O'Tacos 🌮 it's authenticity!

11/07/2024: Order Uber tonight. A fries with cheese and a tacos with cordon bleu mayo sauce and nuggets with extra mushrooms, When it arrived fried without cheese, an inedible taco with food that I didn't even ask for and of course without mushrooms, it wouldn't surprise me if I got sick given the smell of the taco. To flee !!!

29/07/2024: I had a wonderful evening as usual at M.Jacques’s. Arthur our favorite bartender server was superb as usual. We will come back with pleasure!

13/07/2024: Monsieur Jacques is a real Lille institution. The service is great and the wines are good. I removed one star because we ordered a mixed board (price: 21 euros) which, in fact, arrived on a normal plate and not very well stocked with cheese and cold meats. There was a lot of salad in the middle. In short, I found it a bit outrageous to see such a small plate for 21 euros. This is for me a point to improve.

05/09/2024: Efficient and welcoming staff, pleasant terrace, simple and good food! To recommend

03/09/2024: Had a light dinner of a ham and cheese crepe and salad that was good and very reasonable. Service was quick and location was perfect.

15/09/2024: Dirty place, the manager lacks respect for the waitresses and the kitchen, sorry, is not good. The manager snaps his fingers to call out to the waitresses who do their job very well. Dirt is everywhere in the room, the toilets, cobwebs around the windows, under the bar, etc. We have come several times, our pizzas have never been good, we will not come back again.

28/08/2024: Our friendly neighborhood pizzeria where you eat well, even very well, at a low price for generous pizzas. We are regulars in the area and it is our haunt whenever we want Italian without going far. The chef and staff are friendly and you can see that they love their job. 20/20 we recommend and re-order without hesitation. A suggestion for improvement: offer burrata as an extra?

25/08/2024: Good experience overall. Top notch staff. Comfortable and well insulated room, small downside for the shower which is very small. On the other hand, the neighborhood is really not very reassuring, especially as a woman. Don't come alone ladies. The metro is right at the entrance to the hotel but is very poorly used. I was not reassured fortunately I was accompanied Thank you anyway to the managers and staff who are adorable

13/08/2024: Decent room, really small bathroom but that was expected! Decent cleanliness too. Really cool breakfast and great service. Regarding the location, nothing to worry about: a few young people nearby who stay in groups, nothing crazy when you're used to lively places :-)

16/08/2024: I came for the first time, it was perfect, even better than I expected, the concept is excellent. So I came a second time for two mudguards on my mountain bike, I came with it inside, and I asked for advice, I was offered two items. At the time, it was sold to me, so I accepted, and I was told that there was no problem of incompatibility, even if I knew that I could go to Decathlon later. Say Nikel, it protects well, it does the job, even if it's not dedicated mudguards it'll be fine. 15 euros for the front mudguard for a piece of plastic to assemble yourself, to fold like origami, and to assemble using flex clamps. First of all, it's extremely expensive for a common piece of plastic, and something that's not necessarily easy to install. Then more than twenty euros for the rear mudguard, to attach to the metal bar of the saddle. Super expensive for what it is, but hey, if it does the job, in itself, it's not that bad. Here is the result after 6 months of use: (see photo) The front mudguard tore after 3 months, and it BARELY protects you. almost useless. Not to mention the aesthetic aspect. The rear mudguard came completely loose, the plastic inside was twisted because I wanted to secure the thing to the bike so it wouldn't move. In short, the thing is at the end of its life, and a 100% plastic clamping mechanism has suffered damage from the weather, I think that the heat, the rain, the cold, the wind working on this plastic under full stress, and it ended up wearing out due to the conditions after 6 months. (we are in Lille not in Siberia) I was at Decathlon, I paid 9€ before and back, more efficient, more beautiful, less expensive, easier to install, it doesn't move!! And if it goes bad I don't care, since it will always be 3 times cheaper than yours. In short, you should have sold me a product that corresponds to what I am looking for and something that is effective. Even if it means telling me to go elsewhere. But here you wanted to sell me something just to sell it to me. It was clear that things weren't going well, it was clear that things were much better and you still told me to go ahead and check out. In short, I lost 30 or 40€ I don't know, I would go to decathlon like everyone else, and on the internet when I have a breakage.

01/05/2024: Very good Japanese with à la carte dishes that are not found everywhere. The setting is not great but the dishes are excellent. Everything is fresh and tasty.

25/08/2024: We spent one night in this quiet hotel located near various restaurants. Clean and functional room. Nickel bathroom. Small downside: the mattress would need to be changed although that did not prevent us from having a good night's sleep. Small problem with the air conditioning, it is high time to change the box to turn on and regulate the air conditioning (completely broken), we had to use a pen to access the "on-off" buttons. Breakfast with quite a few choices. Very friendly staff.

03/08/2024: Old worn 'motel'. The rooms are well used. It was fairly clean, but there were lots of insects in the ceiling. The toilet does not work optimally, the shower could not be raised to another child's height as the hose was too short. No air conditioning, which made the rooms uncomfortably hot. The place is serviceable, but don't expect high quality. My recommendation, find somewhere else.
