Legalized theft I am answering you here because there is no possibility of responding otherwise. I see that with each review you justify everything and you think the review is fake (!?!?!). Besides, I never said that I came today.. But yes I came and I paid 5 euros twice for bread. If for you it's completely normal to make such inconsistent sandwiches and sell them at that price and say that the cucumber slices are 0.5 mm to make it smell better like hummus: ok, perfect! But believe me that putting more stuffing can be good for the customers

15/09/2024: Impeccable welcome and service, the staff are absolutely friendly. The cuisine is super basic and not great: mussels without vegetables and a 2 cm slice of cold ham pompously called ham.

29/08/2024: We came to the reserve cafe we ​​asked for a fuze tea and an apricot juice, the fuze tea was not good the apricot juice was more of a syrup than a juice then the owner who was unpleasant then didn't say Good morning. You have to get your drink from the bar The toilet was in a state full of saddles to the top disgusting drinks and I think for 2 drinks it was a bit expensive €6.90 for 2 drinks served in a container not even in a bottle. The glasses were not very clean in fact we left without drinking them we came between mother and daughter

14/09/2024: Very bad experience during the clearance sale. I had clearly asked for a takeaway, but after paying I was told there were no bags. If the restaurant does not offer this service, this must be clarified when the customer requests it, and not after payment. Lying to force the sale and profit from the event is dishonest. The refusal to refund and the incompetent attitude of the waitress gives a negative image not only to the restaurant, but also to neighboring establishments and the city. I hope the boss takes this into account when evaluating his staff, because lying to customers is an unacceptable practice that requires serious attention.

11/09/2024: Cuisine: the burgers were good but without plus, not transcendent Service: Very welcoming staff! It makes you want to come back anyway! Very kind, organized, with a smile. No waiting. We were able to book for 16 the day before without any problems. Atmosphere: the restaurant is super cool!

29/08/2024: This is not my first visit and I still haven't been disappointed with Food Factory. The welcome is very warm and you feel good there. Great choice of food and it is obviously excellent. The prices are also very affordable, so go for it!

Apérols are on happy hour and everything works well except the toilets are super filthy and that too when it’s not a Saturday late night. More hygiene would be appreciated. The bartenders can choose to ignore you so go to order at the bar

30/08/2024: I walked past the bar and wanted to say hello to colleagues and breeze by. So I didn't want to consume, they ask me what I want, so I answer a glass of water. Glass of water refused, “glasses of water are for those who eat.” No no I assure you the water is for anyone madam. 2€ for the toilets. Plus it's not like they were clean, between midges and smell. I haven't eaten there so no opinion on the food but I think it will be fine. Too bad for an establishment so well located with such a beautiful terrace.

17/06/2024: What the hell is this *** I will never go eat there again!

15/06/2024: We ordered 2 croissants, 1 cappuccino and 1 hot chocolate here. It was in fact their croissants were the first croissants we ever had in France. We were not disappointed, it was so soft, crunchy and elastic. We were joking about how we have been eating the "fake" croissants back at home the whole time because this tasted so much better. The staffs were very friendly and speak English. I am so thankful for this because I do not think they could understand our broken French otherwise. We would definitely come back if we have chance visit Lille again.

15/09/2024: Dirty place, the manager lacks respect for the waitresses and the kitchen, sorry, is not good. The manager snaps his fingers to call out to the waitresses who do their job very well. Dirt is everywhere in the room, the toilets, cobwebs around the windows, under the bar, etc. We have come several times, our pizzas have never been good, we will not come back again.

28/08/2024: Our friendly neighborhood pizzeria where you eat well, even very well, at a low price for generous pizzas. We are regulars in the area and it is our haunt whenever we want Italian without going far. The chef and staff are friendly and you can see that they love their job. 20/20 we recommend and re-order without hesitation. A suggestion for improvement: offer burrata as an extra?

15/07/2024: Venue chercher un verre pour le feu du 14/07 Je demande au bar si une boisson à emporter est possible et la un homme m’interrompt pour me dire d’aller en caisse sur un ton très peu agréable Je lui explique que je posais juste une question il m’a rétorque que c’était le patron c’est lui qui décide pas les serveurs ! Ils ne sont pas bête au point de ne pas savoir me répondre je pense Heureusement les serveurs d’une gentillesse absolue malgré un patron odieux ! Les gens devant moi m’informe que l’on y mange bien mais que la patron est le point noir du lieu ! J’aurais bien tenté mais franchement pour remplir les poches de ce monsieur non merci ! Quand on est odieux on ne fait pas ce métier !

16/06/2024: 7.5€ pour un Monaco même 50cl est excessif. Ou alors on ne nous a pas fait payer le bon prix 🫠. Après avoir lu les avis c est visiblement possible
