21/05/2026: Excellent brasserie where everything is homemade! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by attentive and highly professional staff. Special mention goes to the head waitress, who was particularly friendly and attentive throughout our meal. The service is quick without ever being rushed, and the attention paid to customers is truly appreciated, making us want to return. The dishes are delicious, generous, and served with care. The menu is varied, ensuring there's something for everyone. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, with charming decor. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend if you're ever in Alençon!

15/05/2026: We ordered a mixed ashak mantou and a lamb kabili.
The lamb kabili was so tender you didn't need a knife to cut it, and the rice with pistachio and cardamom was amazing.
As for the mixed ashak mantou, the ravioli were delicious, thanks to the combination of minced meat and carrot sauce.
All this for a very reasonable price. It was perfect.

The burgers were really terrible! Supposedly St. Nectaire cheese... but I have my doubts, and to top it all off, a Nutella waffle—well, without any real Nutella, so it's misleading—for over €7. A disgrace. Long live traditional/independent restaurants!
16/05/2026: The staff were welcoming, warm, and attentive. The dishes were cooked to perfection, and the ingredients were high quality. The restaurant is fantastic; it just needs some background music to complete the experience.

16/05/2026: A pleasant experience during my visit to Alençon... it was very busy because of the rain (and even snow!), so the service was a little slow, but the smiles made up for it, which was more than enough 😊! The only slight downside was that the tart was a bit overcooked and therefore a little hard, but it was still very enjoyable.
I'll be back :)
25/04/2026: The pastries are really good and original. The cookies make a great gift to bring to family, for example, and the service is always friendly. I highly recommend it!

25/02/2026: A very good experience.
We went there for lunch.
At €13.50 per person, it was worth it.
The staff was attentive and friendly.
We ate very well and left feeling satisfied.
For the starter, there was an all-you-can-eat buffet, which was very good; however, the potato salad was frozen and had a strong frozen taste.
For the main course, I ordered leg of lamb, and my companion ordered grilled sirloin steak.
The meats were tender. As for the sides, I chose pasta, which wasn't great, and the fries needed a few more minutes of cooking.
We didn't have dessert because we were so full.
In short, the dishes at this restaurant are similar to those served in a brasserie or even a roadside diner.
I recommend this place and will definitely return.
14/02/2026: Once again, we are more than satisfied with L’Entracte for its warm welcome, delicious food, and the kindness of Amelie, Jordan, and Anthony.
The portions are always generous and filled with high-quality ingredients.
All this at very reasonable prices.
All this to say that I recommend it 100%! For baptisms, birthdays, and weddings, L’Entracte was there for us, so thank you :)

24/07/2024: De passage sur Alençon, nous avions lu de très bon avis sur ce merveilleux restaurant. En réalité ces très bons avis ne remplaceront jamais le plaisir de découvrir ce restaurant d'exception. Une ambiance cosy, douillette avec vue sur la cuisine. Un petit coin feutré lorsque vous souhaitez comme c'était notre cas être un peu isolé avec votre animal de compagnie.
Une équipe souriante, avenante, attentive à vous faire passer un très bon moment et bien sûr une carte étonnante, créative, raisonnable en prix et surtout une cuisine goûteuse, audacieuse, gourmande, aux cuissons justes. Une étape que restera dans nos meilleurs souvenirs et que nous recommandons sans modération. Encore merci à l'ensemble des équipes
24/07/2024: Make sure to book a table at this little gem of a restaurant in Alencon. The staff is professional and very friendly. The food is excellent, and reasonably priced especially considering the quality of the courses served. The taste and experience of each course has been carefully planed and executed, and you leave full of tasteful impressions.
Ask the staff for advise on wine or the menu. They seem very happy to assist.
