05/04/2024: Hidden gem of a restaurant! Our family (including 2 teenagers) ate here last night and the food was amazing and service was top notch. Very highly recommend this place for unbelievable food which is very affordable!

02/04/2024: From the outside it seems like a place like many others, but instead it is a top-notch place, where you eat very well and the owner is very welcoming and treats everyone with care.
The quality of the food is impeccable.
29/03/2024: Very good food, which looks homemade and good products.
On the other hand, a little disappointed with the experience: we had reserved for 4 and the table was not ready when we arrived (even though it was a weekday lunchtime when we had to return to work afterwards). The boss made us wait standing for 20 minutes and no commercial gesture to compensate for the wait, too bad

11/05/2024: Accueil sympathique, repas traditionnel servi dans un plat unique dans un décor très convivial, entouré de bouteilles que l'on pouvait choisir.
04/05/2024: Truly our must go to when in Paris. This was our third visit ( the last being 9 years ago) and it was still a highlight. Service is excellent as is the food. Three times, three different and excellent meals. Will be the first place we go back to on our next visit. I'm so happy things have stayed the same over the years... a very special place.

05/04/2024: Booked an early dinner (with a baby very much welcome) and was mainly tourists as locals wouldn’t eat that early but still a fantastic atmosphere! The snails were the largest and tastiest I’ve had in Paris, vegetarian raclette was delicious and the goats cheese salad was so simple and yet so incredible. Another highlight to note was the service..he was incredible …was patient with my French even though I am not fluent and had so many tables to serve without making us wait. The reviews are correct for this one and I’d definitely come back again if I had longer.
03/04/2024: Great food, service and bistro atmosphere. Had the 3 cheese fondue and the tart tatin. (And yes, the sangria was so smooth! Not your usual combo but worked for us.) Will go back for the French onion soup and raclette! It’s also in a nice, active area great for drinks before, strolling afterwards or just people watching.

05/04/2024: A bistro to come back to. So much is true here. Sitting close together without causing any disruption, there is a large menu to marvel at, with many classics. The Oeuf mayonnaise is world class, even awarded as it is advertised. As a plat du jour, the paupiette de veau on a purée de carotte, delicious, and for dessert a cheesecake. Plus, of course, wine, a Mâcon and a Saint Amour. Thank you @leparisdalexis for the tip!

31/03/2024: Modern, intimate, tasteful interior, simply beautiful tableware and stemware. Solstice immediately impresses in an elegant and understated way. The food was of course delicious being michelin rated. French, but subtle nods to Japanese and Korean influences. The knowledgeable and generosity of the chef, sommelier and maitre d’ were a highlight and special treat. It has left us with a gastronomic memory of Paris that we will cherish.

However, I found the room too noisy, the music too loud.
For information: they do not take the card so you have to plan ahead.
30/03/2024: Great bar! Good atmosphere, good cocktails and good prices, great welcome too! That is the demand of the people !! We strongly recommend it

Very very warm and friendly staff, attentive.
The dishes are hearty and homemade, the wine is very good and the atmosphere is amazing.
The prices are affordable considering the quality of the products, it is completely acceptable.
We'll come back, that's not a question.
And I highly recommend this restaurant as a former restaurateur. 👍

02/03/2024: We wandered for a long time on a Saturday night in the cold and rain looking for a restaurant that wasn't full until we found this charming little bistro. They have a cat named Lou on the bar and a dog named Toby running in and out of the kitchen. The food was great, especially the onion soup. Thank you so much! We had a great time.

From the setup, the hospitality, the flavor and freshness of the ingredients purchased just a few hours before the meal, and ... mostly the amazing vibes and energy you feel in his kitchen.
Hands down, the best dinner I had in years 🙏
