01/09/2026: It was okay for a frozen pizza, but whether you want to pay €15 for one is up to you. The cheese fries were a complete disaster.

05/09/2026: Passing through Calais today. We ordered three drinks: none of them were cold. So I asked for ice for my diabolo, but the soda inevitably lost its fizz. My daughter's iced tea arrived directly in the glass, with a different taste, most likely from a large bottle and not an individual glass bottle. The food order: — Mussels marinière: OK. — Pasta carbonara: OK. My order arrived: rump steak, cooked medium, no salad. The dish arrived rare and with salad on the plate. So I sent my plate back. The meat was cooked again, which is strictly forbidden for hygiene reasons, given that the pepper sauce had already been poured over it, and the fries were fried a second time. The dish no longer appealed to me at all, but at almost 3 p.m., it was impossible for me to leave. The fries were as dry as peanuts, and the pepper sauce had completely lost its flavor. The waiter asked me if everything was alright. I told him no, pointing out the lukewarm drinks and the undercooked dish. He seemed disappointed but didn't offer any compensation. When the bill came, he apologized, explaining that there was only one person in the kitchen after 2 p.m. That's clearly not my problem: the service has to be top-notch, otherwise you shouldn't offer continuous service. I'll be going back to L'Ardoise—which was unfortunately closed that day—and I'm even thinking of filing a complaint on SignalConso. TripAdvisor maps Avoid at all costs.

09/09/2026: I was hesitating between Krousty and Subway, and well, I made a big mistake. Not friendly at all, judgmental when you talk to someone, the sandwiches weren't even full for the price you pay. They complain when people arrive, well, they shouldn't be working then. The only thing I liked was the cookies, and even then... First and last time.

09/09/2026: The waitress was really unfriendly; we felt like we owed her money. There are posters everywhere advertising a new sauce, but when you ask for it, they say they don't have it. So, is it advertising something they don't have? First and last time at this Subway; too bad for you.

12/08/2026: We were there on August 12th, 2026, at exactly 6 PM when the store opened. Three young employees were outside smoking, and I asked them if it was even open. We went inside, and it looked like a bomb had hit it. All four tables were filthy, covered in food scraps, and the chairs were soaked with soot. We left immediately. Disgusting. I wouldn't order anything there. Luckily, we were there and saw it. This complaint is also being sent to Domino Germany!

14/07/2026: Wanting to avoid delays on a World Cup and Bastille Day evening, I took the initiative and ordered at 6 pm for 8:45 pm. The result? More than an hour late and still an empty stomach at almost 10 pm. The "event rush" excuse doesn't hold water: this should be anticipated, or orders should be blocked instead of taking customers' money and making them wait indefinitely. The cherry on top (or rather, the icing on the pizza): No hot sauce and no compensation offered. Disastrous management.

04/07/2026: This is my second time at this bistro and I'm hooked! Today I had the stuffed pepper and it was a real treat! The stuffing was sophisticated with a hint of southern French cuisine! The value for money is literally unbeatable! The portion size is incredible, and the flavors are delicious! I'll definitely be back! Stellina from Belgium

24/08/2026: Excellent as always, the mussels were a little lukewarm, but oh well...it happens once in a while. Nevertheless, the staff were very warm and friendly.

17/08/2026: Staff shortages; long waits to be served, and a completely outdated and empty vegetable buffet! If you're not understaffed, then it's even worse! The woman was alone to manage the fries, the prepared dishes, the patties… I waited over 40 minutes for my tuna steak. I left without eating because I had to go back to work…

31/08/2026: Hello, what can I say? The establishment is outdated, the room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty. The only positive thing I can say is that the two people at reception were very courteous. I do not recommend this establishment.
