13/05/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant yesterday. A wonderful discovery. A hidden gem. We opted for the €45 menu, and frankly, what a delightful experience it was! Each dish was beautifully presented, and the flavors were exceptional. The service was also truly excellent; the dishes were presented to us, and the waitresses took the time to chat with each table. We will definitely be back.

06/05/2026: A truly delightful dinner! There were three of us, and we opted for the signature menu. From the amuse-bouche to dessert, it was an explosion of flavors and delightful surprises thanks to the perfectly paired dishes! Our grandson thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was impeccable, with smiles and attentiveness—everything to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience! A huge thank you!!!

12/04/2026: A very varied menu with many surprises. The menus were beautifully composed and offered plenty of choice. They have delicious accompanying wines that are worth discovering and are also available by the glass.

07/04/2026: Asparagus starter, very good, perfectly cooked. Lamb was good, but too many large potatoes and not enough carrots. Cheese was minimal. Dessert was insignificant: bland chocolate and a sad presentation.

06/05/2026: We loved this restaurant so much that we went back the next day. Not a single flaw: the combinations were bold and harmonious. The feta and pea tartlet was a wonderful discovery. Excellent wine list.

05/04/2026: We were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. There were two of us, and we had a reservation for the second seating at 9:30 pm. We arrived on time, ordered our drinks (a glass of Chablis, a Diet Coke, and water), and then pasta with pesto. The first negative point was the wine. The Chablis served was of very poor quality, to the point where we doubted it was actually Chablis. Then, the service was disastrous. We waited over an hour and twenty minutes for our food, without any updates. We had to flag down a waitress to say we thought we'd been forgotten… which seemed to be the case. Despite this, no apology was offered. The staff seemed completely overwhelmed and disorganized, with numerous servers running around, creating a stressful and unpleasant atmosphere. What's even more surprising is that the person in charge of the service didn't seem to be making any effort to organize their team. On the contrary, we observed her being more relaxed with the servers, even offering them shots, rather than actively managing and coordinating the service. When it came time to pay, we again pointed out the problem. The only response was a simple "I'll pass the information along," without any apology or gesture of goodwill. In short: an interminable wait, disorganized service, and a complete lack of consideration for customers. A very disappointing experience.

05/04/2026: Honestly, a fantastic find! We stumbled upon this place on a whim and weren't disappointed. The pizzas are truly delicious, generously topped, with a perfect crust. We thoroughly enjoyed them. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which is a real pleasure. We quickly felt at ease and received excellent service. In short, a great place, we'll definitely be back!

We have been coming to the Westminster for over 15 years. We had an apartment in the Westminster residence. And we were very regulars at the Les Cimaises restaurant. A decent wine list. A glass of lightly dosed Champagne: highly recommended. Quiet atmosphere: highly recommended.

19/04/2026: Delicious meal! Very reasonable price for this quality! I'll definitely be back. A great find! Very pleasant staff and quick service. Especially enjoyable when you have a show in the background. The only downside is that the chairs and tables are showing their age a bit, and the storefront could use a little freshening up! Otherwise, absolutely perfect.

21/04/2026: The food is good quality, no complaints about the ingredients, but unfortunately the service is practically nonexistent. A waiter who can't even remember a simple request (no honey-mustard sauce) quickly ruins the experience. Another baffling point: a croque-monsieur at the same price as a children's menu… for a far too small portion. You leave feeling unsatisfied, and not in a good way. It's a real shame, because the foundation is good. But trying to run a restaurant without mastering the basics ultimately leads to disappointment. Perhaps you should focus on what you seem to do better: a tea room.
