26/09/2025: We came for my mother's 80th birthday. I had organized everything, the accommodation, the walks... she had never visited Auvergne. We come from Switzerland. She loved it... but especially the meal at your place... It was a mixture of refinement, creativity and tenderness. The love of taste... and the taste of others. I will never forget the strawberry tagada reinterpreted by you and your team. Everything was bold, delicious, especially the 1000 tomatoes on a plate, but there was the particularly moving wink. Thank you! I hope you will read this message and your team too. I know you will close. But something else will be born and I reserve my table...

20/08/2026: At this establishment, when you order sausage with potatoes, they serve you 7 sausage slices and a handful of potatoes. I was disappointed 😞.

14/07/2026: The only restaurant open on July 14th, but nonetheless our first choice when searching, we weren't disappointed! The service and cuisine are brilliantly handled by the chef! We had a wonderful time at Les 6 Saisons!

23/06/2026: A perfect little restaurant where the chef prepares salads and desserts right in front of you. There's also a grocery section selling local products. No need for air conditioning; the restaurant's welcoming atmosphere kept us cool despite the heatwave...

19/09/2026: It was great a few years ago, but today the service was terrible, the welcome was icy, not a single smile. We came to enjoy ourselves, which was definitely not the case, and we couldn't wait to leave! We were forced to order our aperitifs and main courses at the same time! So we barely had time to read the menu. After 5 minutes, we wanted to change our order, and they told us it was too late, our dishes were coming out of the oven. I replied, "Are you kidding me? We didn't even get our aperitifs!" She said, "They're coming." Great, so we drank our aperitifs while we ate! We were served in 5 minutes, but no one cleared the table or asked about desserts, so we left without them. It's a factory, worse than Buffalo Grill, and not a single smile. Their faces practically screamed, "Basically, your presence is a nuisance!" This is the second time we've been disappointed, and there won't be a third! And I heard a waiter telling the customers next to us that at 3 pm we're calling the tow truck for all the cars in our parking lot! Seriously, where are we going with talking like that?? In any case, the horse festival ends at 6 pm, so it wouldn't have even affected your evening customers since you open at 7 pm. And when we were leaving, they didn't even ask if everything was alright, they didn't care, it's been so long... not a word of welcome, and the same goes for the return trip. You've lost all sense of customer service... 😅Your comment proves your dishonesty. First of all, there was this waitress we had, and she didn't give us any choice at all. She told us, "I'll take your order for the appetizers and main courses, but don't worry, we'll give you time for the appetizers," which was absolutely not the case!! Regarding the waiter's comment at the next table, it wasn't meant ironically at all, as I knew that couple very well and we had the same reaction when leaving: we wouldn't be back! The couple replied to the waiter, "Why do you want to call the tow truck? We're customers, after all." His response was, "Yes, we'll give you time to eat before we move your car. Once you've finished eating, if you leave it in the parking lot, I'll call the tow truck," word for word. It's good that you want to defend your employees, but don't forget that they earn a salary thanks to the customers. Besides, you weren't even there that day... Best of luck to you! 👍

17/09/2026: The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere, and the main course was very good, featuring local produce. The only downside was a noticeable lack of staff; we waited 35 minutes without being served or having our desserts ordered... A real shame considering the quality of the main course.

17/09/2026: A very disappointing experience. The tapas ("bites") were nothing but empty breadcrumbs: not a single filling inside, just air. To top it all off, they forgot the fries, no sauce was provided, and the meat was tiny and very dry. We immediately informed the staff, but the gentleman at the front of house had nothing to say, just "it happens, it's not a big deal," for an order of over €50? Not a single gesture of goodwill. A young woman kindly went to get fries and a sauce for the meat, but the barbecue tapas never received theirs. It's a shame the restaurant doesn't allow photos to be posted in Google reviews; the picture spoke for itself. I do not recommend it. Avoid at all costs.
