26/09/2025: We came for my mother's 80th birthday. I had organized everything, the accommodation, the walks... she had never visited Auvergne. We come from Switzerland. She loved it... but especially the meal at your place... It was a mixture of refinement, creativity and tenderness. The love of taste... and the taste of others. I will never forget the strawberry tagada reinterpreted by you and your team. Everything was bold, delicious, especially the 1000 tomatoes on a plate, but there was the particularly moving wink. Thank you! I hope you will read this message and your team too. I know you will close. But something else will be born and I reserve my table...

10/04/2026: A lovely discovery while strolling through Issoire!
Drawn in by the chalkboard menu displayed in the street, we were tempted by the three dishes on offer, prepared and served by the chef right there in the dining room. :) We enjoyed an asparagus risotto with a soft-boiled egg and shiitake mushrooms (for me) and a coq au vin for my partner. Both dishes were delicious and satisfying... the chef was kind and smiling. Well done, don't change a thing! If we're ever back in Issoire, we'll definitely return.
22/02/2026: Always an excellent choice. Generous and flavorful cuisine. Fresh, high-quality ingredients, everything is homemade. The open kitchen allows you to watch the dishes being prepared. A welcoming dining room and a deli/grocery section. Good wine selection. A few tables outside.

27/11/2025: We had a lovely stay at this inn on the Loue River, located in a small medieval village. This tastefully decorated inn offers a relaxed, family atmosphere in a peaceful, natural setting. We were also delighted by the generous portions of local cuisine made with quality ingredients. The truffade and the cornet de Murat were excellent.

We tried the restaurant for a family meal.
The dishes were very tasty, beautifully presented, and welcoming. I personally loved the braised foie gras with its mushroom sauce, as well as the excellent sweetbreads, thank you! 🌞
The service was attentive and friendly.
We would gladly return.

14/01/2026: We used Les 3 Garçins for an end-of-year meal with colleagues in Issoire and were very disappointed with the service. We ordered a complete meal for 18 people, including a starter, main course, and dessert. For the starter, we chose a lentil salad with bacon, walnuts, and croutons. What we received was a dish with only lentils and tomatoes (which weren't in the recipe). All the other ingredients were missing. We had the same problem with the seafood salad, as it didn't include the peas or chorizo that were listed in the recipe. We sent a photo of the dishes to the caterer to try and find a solution. The person on the phone told us there was nothing they could do since they were only responsible. After insisting in the hope that the mistake would be corrected, they agreed to a 5% discount on the bill, which doesn't solve the problem because we didn't receive what we had ordered. Regarding the dish, the salmon steaks were overcooked.
When the final bill arrived, we were asked for the full amount even though we had already paid a deposit... This may seem trivial, of course, but it only adds to our dissatisfaction.
One thing is certain: we will never use this caterer again; they lacked professionalism.

Top-notch service, generous and well-prepared dishes!
Kudos to the waiters for such a warm welcome, and to the owners, who are both adorable!
We'll definitely be back!

31/07/2024: Une cuisine digne des plus mauvais plats en boîtes industriels. Du personnel je m'en foutiste que les clients semblent déranger par leur existence.
A part les produits ISO que l'on sert désormais dans toutes les entreprises de restauration rapide (salade et glaces identiques à toutes les salades que l'on trouve partout en France dans ce genre de structure : si vous n'aimez pas l'originalité ou que vous regrettez la cafétéria du boulot, vous ne serez pas déçus ! ).
Le globe fut autrefois une halte sympathique avec une cuisine de brasserie tout à fait honorable.
Une halte ou tout issoirien aimait de temps à autre se poser.
Ce n'est plus le cas.
A fuir !
29/06/2024: L'emplacement est idéal mais le personnel manque de directive précises.
Nous avons pris et verre et sommes partis sans diner car on ne traite pas le client ainsi - c'est inadmissible. 15 personnes qui papillonnent ensemble dans un ballet mystérieux ou le client est un pion - je ne donne pas cher de ce restaurant à la fin de l'été ... dommage

Good discovery that I will not hesitate to recommend to my loved ones.
30/12/2024: First time eating Indian cuisine and I'm really enjoying it because it's rare that I eat spicy food. But the flavor was there, it was a very good meal accompanied by pleasant service. We will come back with pleasure!

06/08/2024: Accueil très moyen, aucunes explications de ce qui etait proposé, alors que sur les photos du site, il y a qd même pas mal de choix...
Finalement on a opté pour une fondue, n'ayant pas vraiment eu de réponses à nos différentes questions..
Toutefois, la fondue était très bonne mais je ne pense pas que nous y retournerons, dommage !
02/08/2024: Halte très agréable dans un local bien climatisé, indispensable lors d'une chaude journée. Accueil très sympathique de la part de la vendeuse et excellent conseil au niveau de la dégustation. Nous avons apprécié la qualité des produits (charcuterie, fromages, vins et desserts). Nous avons aimé pouvoir acheter les mets consommés pendant le repas.
Adresse vivement recommandée.

25/08/2024: Too bad we take advantage of the discussions at neighboring tables because of the resonance in the room. The cuisine is fine with a good dosage of seasonings and the plates are well prepared. Everything is made from fresh, seasonal produce.
13/08/2024: Very good original cuisine. Very friendly service without overdoing it. Just the situation, neighborhood but for probably a first business for this young couple it's a nice start. We wish them good luck. I highly recommend a visit to La Loggia.
