10/05/2024: We are not in Michelin by chance, the cuisine and the service live up to the expectations of the guide and mine. Quality of dishes, service, are of quality. Nothing more to say except that you have to make the detour, it's worth it and the cost. Excellent value.

There is a sort of magic that emanates from this place...The view, the sunset, the gentle breeze from the terrace... For a romantic dinner, I can assure you that you won't find better in the area…

06/05/2024: Wow! If you are looking for a spot with a superb view of the ocean, platinum service, a warm atmosphere and above all, excellent food for a fair price, you are in the right place! Specializing in fish, the whole menu is drooling! Being on lunch service, we settled for fish'n chips and it was simply the best I've eaten so far, crispy but tender fish, cooked to perfection, a accompanying sauce... no words can describe the excellence of this homemade sauce, extraordinary! A lost brioche for dessert and once again, the best I've eaten so far. The service is fast, careful with smiles and kindness. The place is cozy, comfortable (I really liked the benches with the boat-style table) and well done in terms of visuals and balance in the decor. In short, this place has entered my top 5 of the best restaurants in France and without hesitation. I will come back to Bidart and its surroundings just to be able to take the time to try the whole menu, that's for sure!

31/03/2024: LUNCH ° Location: Old repurposed station. Atypical restaurant, adjacent to a railway line with a view of the ocean in Guéthary. Tables indoors and outdoors (beautiful terrace). Exterior to reserve as soon as the weather is nice! We chose a table with a view of the ocean on high chairs and we forgot (despite the trains passing) that we were eating facing the railway line. In the top ! Very original.. The team is very nice with a lot of humor😁(Once upon a time: “Where are your toilets please?” I won’t tell you any more… Even under torture! Extra 😂) For fans of the genre and surfing enthusiasts, you can admire the waves of the legendary Parliamentia spot (spot compared to the Sunset wave in Hawaii) from the restaurant terrace. Air conditioning-Privatization-Access for people with reduced mobility. ° Reception: Friendly despite the late hour (1:30 p.m.). I emphasize this point because it is very rare for a restaurant to still accept a table at this hour. ° Service: Slightly long at first, but nothing to complain about afterwards. Server, proactive and attentive. We were thus able to discover a fruity organic white wine vintage. Delicious. A small imperfection, no salt and pepper available on the table. ° Menu: A cuisine with 100% fresh produce. Diverse menu full of intelligently linked flavors. Original dishes prepared with care and elegance. A rich and daring wine list. ° Value for money: Good ° Sanitary facilities: Spacious and well maintained ° Parking: No dedicated parking. 03/04/2024: Pleasant staff. Fast service. Chipiron stuffed with excellent vegetables. Very tender and very good black pork. Well-presented and generous plates.

17/03/2024: Undrinkable boss, unshaven and contemptuous. He brings us the dishes, while we were waiting for the aperitifs that we had ordered for a long time, this did not please the gentleman who deliberately made us linger in retaliation. Except for the bill. Personally, we will never come back……….
