Les plats pris ont été divers mais tous très bons. J’avais opté pour la choucroute, tout était parfait, choux et viandes. Peu de bons locaux mais très bien
Je reviendrai pour l’agneau que j’imaginais manger avant d’avoir lu la carte

L accueil et le service par Madame sont chaleureux et les galettes de Monsieur excellentes..une pâte croustillante et des ingrédients frais et généreux.
08/09/2024: A great little creperie - good service and lovely food. One of us is a veggie, and they were very accommodating with our requests for tweaks to the crepes. Substantial crepe comes with a simple salad. We also had dessert crepes, which were lovely V good value for money. Very friendly staff would definitely recommend

30/10/2024: A taste experience this lunchtime that I recommend...a very good team takes care of you...without losing their smile...despite the number of people present...I will go back! I even had a takeaway pizza for the evening...very appetizing

I highly recommend a detour to this restaurant.
02/11/2024: Very good restaurant. Refined menu and careful service. We had a great evening. I recommend you book (obviously a victim of their success). The outdoor terrace is also very pleasant in good weather. An address in Oloron to highly recommend.

Le Chef Dodard sublime les produits locaux avec une maîtrise remarquable, offrant une expérience gastronomique inoubliable à chaque visite. Le cadre est chaleureux, l'accueil impeccable, et les saveurs, tout simplement exceptionnelles. Si vous recherchez une cuisine raffinée, avec une touche d'innovation, Le Pastoral est l'adresse à ne pas manquer. Bravo au Chef Nicolas Dodard et à toute son équipe pour ce voyage gustatif hors du commun !
03/09/2024: I've been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time (since Covid!).
It is now done.
Excellent menu at 28€ with a limited choice but which can satisfy all tastes: for us it was soft-boiled egg on a base of mushrooms followed by very tasty and perfectly cooked minced beef (accompanied by chickpeas and a " real » puree) and finished with crepes Suzette.
My partner and I were very satisfied with our test.
No worries about parking thanks to the Alysson hotel car park.
The young women who provide the service are very friendly and fast.

14/07/2024: Nothing to say, the burgers are just excellent, not a lot of waiting and yet the gentleman is all alone behind preparing. The products are of very good quality and the price is more than affordable. The best of oloron for me. I recommend 1000%

The room opened to the wind for ventilation even though the weather was cool

07/07/2024: After failing at 2 previous restaurants, we found this one by chance. We ate 5 people. It is a typical industrial or suburban bar and restaurant. Nothing fancy, but unbeatable quality-price. Good gender, calm and ready to follow the route. Good option!

Peu soigné propreté limité et je n ai pas vu les cuisines
Carte accessible mais de l ancien siècle sans le raffinement
Machine carte bleue en panne paiement en espèce uniquement
Personnel gentil mais non qualifié
Dommage dans une belle région qu’il y Est pas d autre établissements le dimanche il faudrait réagir dans le rural !

02/06/2024: Todo iba razonablemente normal hasta que han sacado la carne. Durísima. Imposible de comer. Cuando se lo hemos dicho a la camarera se ha hecho la sorprendida y con lo bien que nos ha entendido al principio, ha buscado a otra clienta para que nos tradujese que lo teníamos que pagar. Ya no es el hecho de que pretenda colarnos una carne más dura que el pie de Cristo o que haya buscado a otros clientes (que obviamente no se iban a comer esa carne) para justificarse y buscar apoyos, sino que insistiera en que se lo pagáramos. Han sido 70 euros por dos platos de mala carne dura hecha con muy escaso talento y dos ensaladas rancias. Mención aparte se la llevan las gambas. Tiradas a la sartén tal cual las han sacado del congelador y rebozadas en un baño de especias, a ver si también cuela. En resumen: Un asco, un desastre, un pelín de arrogancia cateta y todo por el módico precio de 70 euros.
