01/09/2024: Dommage : cuisine plutôt bonne, lieu agréable et bien situé à l’entrée de Pau côté Trespoy Mais le service ! Une heure d’attente au bar à tout moment Il faut réclamer des serveurs Propos déplacés « c’est l’heure du repas » dans un hôtel de cette catégorie Hôtel mal tenu et terrasse qui laisse à désirer…..dommage

07/05/2024: Bien, service vraiment parfait, belle maîtrise en cuisine, prix toutefois vraiment élevé pour la prestation globale ( ambiance, vétusté de l'ensemble mobilier etc...)

22/08/2024: Un service efficace, souriant et aux petits soins. Un régal de bout en bout, avec une mention pour pour le carpaccio de veau sauce gribiche façon vitello tonnato et les desserts mêlant les saveurs gourmandes ! Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

21/07/2024: Comme d'habitude, c'est un plaisir d'aller à cette adresse, tout est trop bon ! Après un repas délicieux on peut prendre des pâtisseries pour se régaler au goûter ^^

20/06/2024: Magnificent view of the Pyrenees. Very pleasant terrace. Fast service, efficient and smiling waitresses. The caramel crepe was delicious! Good value for money.

16/06/2024: Very welcoming staff. The ice creams are good. And if the weather is nice, we're outside and the view is superb. Very pleasant.

10/09/2024: Ravis de notre pause repas. Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Nous sommes venu à cet endroit par hasard, car nous possédions une Wonderbox qui nous a conduit ici. Un petit accent de satisfaction supplémentaire pour une super employée, nommée Marina, pour son professionnalisme, son agréable sourire, accompagnés d'une pointe d'humour que l'on a apprécié. Nous espérons y revenir un jour lors de notre passage à Pau. Un grand merci, nous recommandons cet endroit.

02/08/2024: Very good institution at Les Halles, special mentions for the waiters who assisted me as best I could while I was eating with my son under 2 years old, saving me from going back and forth to the counter and ensuring that everything is going well.

16/09/2024: Lack of staff and therefore Long wait to be served before during and after each dish. Lack of knowledge of the wines by the waitress, cannot name the grape varieties. Well presented dishes, a beautiful visual but lacking in flavors. Air conditioning too low, which is unpleasant. After two positive experiences two years ago, disappointed this time.

03/09/2024: I regularly visit this restaurant for lunch alone or as a couple. I have, on several occasions, observed that the "regular" customer is treated with more consideration than the occasional customer, both in the speed of order taking and in the service. Today, during a particularly long service where the customer I was had been impatiently waiting for his dish for quite a long time, I noticed that two people sat down at the table and were served instantly. I expressed my astonishment to the waiter, whose only argument was to tell me that these people were members of management and that they were in a hurry. Implied that I wasn't! The response is astounding as the status granted to regulars. It's a shame because the lunch menu offered by this establishment is varied and of high quality.

04/07/2024: Une très belle découverte , nous étions deux personnes , repas de midi le 3 juillet 2024 . Nous avons pris les raviolis aux langoustines, le merlu et le filet de bœuf . Ce fut un ravissement , les saveurs merveilleuses et très subtiles , la cuisson de tous les mets était parfaite . L’accueil du patron plus que sympathique nous expliquant les mets et on ressent la passion de la cuisine et il nous la partage . De plus tous ses plats sont faits à partir d’ingrédients de saison et d’une fraîcheur irréprochable. Nous avons été sous le charme et il nous tarde d’y retourner . Toutes nos félicitations à ce chef qui vit sa passion . Et la déco du restaurant est très chouette et très réussie , on s’y sent très bien. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pris de dessert ( les fameuses crêpes Nelly )car nous étions repues, mais la prochaine fois nous les essaieront … Sabine et Nadine
